Splish Splash at the Falls Car Wash

Wanted to get a package that offers the tire cleaning, so I went for the white glove. I live right around the corner and this place would be perfect if the car was actually cleaned.. I was so disappointed. Rims were barely touched and tire shine just slapped on blotches. Living in TF, I love supporting local businesses, but this is just a waste of money.. even for an express car wash. Based on the rude comments here of the owner, another reason why I’ll refrain from this place. *Update: Owner does not accept any type of criticism and will make up blatant LIES of all negative reviews. I never got out of my car, my baby was in the backseat sleeping so there was never any interaction with anyone except a kind man working when I pulled up. The whole experience in that regard was wonderful. VERY sad that I can’t even leave an honest review of what my car looked like after without lies being made about me being “abusive”. I’m a local mom, a teacher.. furtherest from being that type of customer.

This carwash, while once a decent option, has seen a decline in quality. The price for the basic wash has increased significantly, from around $10 to $13, while the wash itself often leaves half the car untouched. The LED lights are visually appealing but do little to enhance the cleaning process. Additionally, the drying chamois, intended to wipe the front and top of the car, remains suspended in the air, spinning uselessly. Given the advertised 36 cameras are recording everything, it's surprising that this issue hasn't been addressed. (This has occurred on two separate visits.) While the location is convenient, there are numerous other and more efficient carwash options available. This is the owner's response to my updated review, let's see if they keep their post up: Response from the owner 10 minutes ago "Well we see your still a complaining piece of trash who can’t afford a wash ! We no longer will give you free carwashes ! Please get a life" I received nothing for free, nor was I looking for anything free, I paid for your service and expected that service to be done well. You have one job, to clean a car, and you didn't. Rather than fix the problems with your car wash, you find a better use of your time berating customers online in an unproffesional, and grammar challenged, manner in a public forum for all to see. Those who would patronize your business should be aware of these issues and know they will receive poor service for their money and then be attacked for leaving an honest review.

Horrible car wash. Windshield was still dirty, giant bug splatter on the front of my car looked untouched and the tire shine I paid for left two baseball sized shiny marks and that’s it. The tires look like they weren’t even cleaned. Update: I never said anything negative to the female staff. Why don’t you put as much effort into your business as you do into bullying the reviewers.

Great car wash! It's convenient and very affordable. Also very aesthetically pleasing with the lights and bubbles. The staff here is always super nice!!! This has been my go to car wash for over 3 years now.

The washing process looks impressive, but the results leave much to be desired. I took my car in to clean off the road salt; when I got it home, the rear of the car looked completely untouched, and I ended up going to another car wash to finish the job. Your mileage may vary, but I would suggest checking your car after it’s washed and before you leave to avoid unfortunate surprises. To the owners: Please take this as serious, constructive feedback of something that can and should be improved.
