Spot Free Car Wash

This place seems great at first but then it gets bad. They close whenever they want… I’m posting a picture of them being closed at 4pm and the service attendants telling me oh well come tomorrow. I’ve had a membership for 9 days… went the first 7 days in a row met with an 8 car wait every single time. Each car takes about 7-10 minutes… I went at lunch time, in the morning and in the evening. All 7 times I would’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes in line or they were closed. PERIOD. 9 days of membership 7- 20 minute drives to and from 0 washes… have only had my initial wash… you are eligible to go once a day for the month… unless you have an hour to spare you aren’t getting your car washed.

It’s great that they offer 1 free extreme wash online; I wanted to try it out before committing to a monthly membership. Went on a Friday evening, surprisingly only had about a 10 min wait. The wash itself took ~ 5 min. The extreme is supposed to come with “full service vacuum” but after exiting the wash, there was no prompt on where to go for that. I’m assuming it’s self-vacuum, but there were only 3 spots & all were taken so I just decided to leave. Overall, the wash was fine. Saw some negative reviews from other people that claims their car got scratched from the manual brush but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Will come back again since it’s close to where I live. If everything goes well consistently, I’ll commit to the membership. :)

This car wash is absolutely terrible. They claimed to offer a 30% discount, but I was charged the full price. I’ve sent multiple refund request emails, but they haven’t even bothered to reply. I guess they think it's fine as long as they get their money

Great car wash with two male and one female workers. They are all kind and expert. I decided to have Extreme unlimited car wash which will be auto-paid monthly by the time I cancel this order. It needs a sticker on the front window for next time. They kindly provided free vacuum service today that normally takes $5. Interior as well as exterior of my car definitely returned to brand new status. I really satisfied with the service and cannot wait for next visit! It took quite long over an hour from waiting a line and finishing vacuum, but totally worth of time! Leaving there, I noticed the line got longer than when I arrived before 10 a.m. It will be better to visit there earlier next time. I strongly recommend here!

Good automatic car wash but you need to understand what you're getting. If you don't want your car to spider tell them not to use the brushes and it's fine. If you're not going to use the brushes it's better to get the car towel dry it comes out much cleaner.
