They are lazy as hell.. They don’t do what you ask… barely any difference between the lower tier and top tier wash….. Lots of bird shiiiii still on the roof of my car, water stains on front windshield… my back and front bumper are still dirty…. Sand under my car mats still… I specifically asked for these things to be cleaned and I paid extra… f this place…. Waste of time and money… I hate writing reviews but I hate getting ripped off even more

I have been going to this car wash for a few years. It used to be amazing. But now the last 2 times I’ve gone, they didn’t clean my trunk. Today I went and I asked the guy if they could please clean the trunk too. As I walked away I saw they started on the trunk so I was happy. After they were done I drove off and went grocery shopping. As I was going to put my groceries in the trunk I saw that they didn’t put the trunk mats back the way they’re supposed to be. They put the bottom on top of the top mat. When I moved the mat I saw that the huge dirty stain I had on my top mat was still there! So not only did they NOT clean it, but they took the time and energy to HIDE it! It’s one thing not cleaning a spot, but to take the extra time to deliberately hide it in order to not clean it is EVIL! $50 for the supposed platinum service. Only for them to do 80% of the car?! They didn’t use to be like this! That place used to leave every inch clean and vacuumed to perfection! I am NEVER going back there! For anyone who is still going to go here, make sure you double check their work!!!

I took my Jeep to this location. I told the guy in charge that who cleaned the interior of my car didn’t do a good job. Carpets weren’t properly vacuumed. My dashboard was dirty. I paid for the platinum package since it include interior dressing. When I told the guy to redo it he got mad. When I get the car back lights on my dashboard turned on indicating (driver seatbelt unbuckled and service airbag system) and it wasn’t there before I got the car wash. Please stay away from this place. Avoid the headaches.

Paid $150 for a deep cleaning of my car and they've lost one of the carpets. I spoke to 4 people including the manager who doesn't work weekends. Was told I was gonna be sent a video but never received it. Called back to back and it was just a headache.

Paid for one of their 65 dollar inside and outside handwash cleans. Although they did well on the inside, they brutalized the exterior, missing a lot of spots on the edges of the windows, the top, and managed to scratch up the engine hood and popped out a right side fender panel. When i approached them about it, they were very quick to point fingers at one another about who to talk to and totally unconcerned about what just happened. Wasnt worth it, they dont own their work or their customers. 10/2020 Update: decided to give them another shot given proximity to me - extremely disappointing again. Don't do a good job inside or out. Don't get fooled into any upgrades, the work is the same. Can't believe these guys are still around. All they have is a good location.
