Machine washed but hand dried by the non-english speaking south americans. Don’t expect too much for spot clean as this is a commercial business model.

I gave it two stars bc the staff is super nice, it’s hot out and they were working hard. Also when I got back in the car there was $1 in the front seat. I guess they found it while vacuuming which I thought was nice they put it back rather then taking it bc I would have never known. I like the integrity. The other reason for the two stars being their pond of fish! So cool to look at. However as far as the wash goes it was not good at all. I have two small kids so I have a lot of crumbs in the back seat along with dust and crumbs that accumulate throughout the car. I was being lazy did not want to do it myself so I found this place. I paid $22 for basic wash which included interior and exterior. I got in the car and noticed they did not vaccum the cup holders or the middle area like other places I have been to have done. However once I looked on the floors it seemed decent and the dashboards windows etc. I then looked in my back seat and was very disappointed not a great job vacuuming at all. In fact after I left I found another self service car wash where I finished vacuuming it out. The whole point was for me going was to avoid having to vacuum my car and not only did I end up paying for someone else to do it I ended up having to do it anyways . Probably won’t be back. Wish I had of read the reviews before going bc apparently I’m not the only one with the same complaints, and the owners responses seem kind of snarky and there’s an excuse for every complaint instead of genuinely acknowledging ones concerns even if it’s not agreed with. It’s a bit off putting especially since the staff was so nice and respectful. Response from owner is comical. I do not know the point of your hair dresser analogy. As an owner of a busisness the sarcasm, passive aggressive tone, and innuendos do not make for good customer service . The dig that my car is deplorable and should have a “more detailed” servicing I do not agree with. I didn’t expect a “detailing” as I did not pay for that however I got the “Full Service” which includes “ Outside wash / presoak • Triple Foam soap • Pressure Washed & Rinsed • Hi-Pressure Underbody Wash • Hand Dried • Interior Windows • Interior Vacuum • All Other Vehicles (SUVs, Minivans) - $2.99 Extra • No extra charge when selecting packages #1& #2 $20.99” From your site That states INTERIOR VACCUM so if your reasoning for the car not being vacuumed properly is bc I did not pay for “interior wash” then you should fix your sign as to not false advertise. Or maybe I shouldn’t have assumed my car would be getting vacuumed. I only did bf when I stepped outside my car they immediately started vacuuming. Along with my front seat floors being vacuumed just fine . If that is your best vacuuming job the package I chose than you are correct I clearly chose the wrong services.

This was my second experience with them and I’m never going back again. This is what my car looks like after asking them to clean it out a second time around. They mostly just rush through the process and don’t even care that you’re paying them $85 for a deep clean. Even with that amount they couldn’t even wipe the dirt down properly. Just all in all very disinterested in your experience as a customer and will brush through your car. Also, I had asked for seats to be shampooed and cleaned, all they really did was spray with something and wipe it down with a very wet towel. Mind you, the seats are horribly wet and have left an awful smell of dampness in the car. I got home and had to vacuum it out myself. Don’t even bother paying them for your car. You’re better off doing the work yourself. Who would stand there for an hour and a half, pay them $85, and then have to come and clean their car themselves. Horrible experience!!

Must say I loved this carwash until the owner told me not to come back. I was enrolled in the monthly car wash pass & did go pretty often about 2 times a week. I got my front windshield tinted so and employee taped the barcode to the inside of my car door. I can to get a carwash and the owner was there. He asked me why do I come so much & I told him I like my car to be clean. He then accused me of using my removing my barcode to use on other cars. I told him that is not the case. He then told me to never come back

Decent service Great prices. . . I hope they don't mind me taking off the excess Tire shine. Not many places offer RainX treatment. Update 1 25 2025 The gentleman working the line is very rude. I asked for the #5 wash, and he said you guys were super backed up. Upon entering, only 1 car was there. When I explained I wanted Rain X, he quickly snapped Lava is better, and stormed off. Nor would he answer my questions. I wanted the services because I cannot put rain x or wash them myself, due to a recent injury. Upon leaving, my back windows were left with cleaning spray on the outside. I tried to get someone's attention, and they all walked away. Bad experience just killed it for me. Especially when your employees speak Spanish, and I am quite fluent and understood them. Not coming back again.
