hard to get a tractor trailer in. the trailer must be backed in and the lot is very small

You'll leave super clean, but they're super slow and a little unorganized. Total wait time for the six trucks and one trailer ahead of me to be cleaned, my truck to be cleaned and me driving off the lot, 2 hours and 50 minutes. What appears to be random people will be giving you directions on what bay to pull into and who's next in line. No one's wearing any organizational attire while giving customers directions. Along with that, random people are telling you to move over or allow them to pass for what you thought was for them to leave. Turned out, that person got put to the front of the line. They do a good job cleaning your truck. A truck only wash will cost you $73. They only clean truck exteriors and the engine, no truck interiors. They'll clean your trailer inside and out too, for an extra fee. 3.5

They're really great with cleaning. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere because, they discontinued taking EFS checks. Because customers checks keep bouncing. So, if you don't have Comdata checks or cash on hand. You're out of luck.

They could use better signs for explaining how to back up to the washout but overall good work I'd come back it's very small but fast service ...getting in and out is very challenging they accept Comcheck $63.98 for basic washouts which are extremely difficult to find around here( for washout your going to have to make a u turn in the parking lot and back up DO NOT GO TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE BUILDING YOU'LL GET STUCK ITS NOT MADE FOR 53FT TRAILERS
