Not too bad. With voluntary water restrictions I didn’t feel I should wash may truck at home and I will not bring it to a regular car wash. So just to get some of the dust off I figured a quick rinse would be good. I used quarters as I had no intention of using a cc, $4 for 3.75 minutes, started on presoak(lower pressure), no suds, went to high pressure wash, soap was thin, then to rinse. Turned out pretty good. NOTE: Don’t let the time run out on you if you don’t get done during the initial cycle otherwise you’ll have to pay $4 again, just feed in more quarters. I had to do that quickly, I think it was 15 seconds for each quarter (so that would be 1 minute per dollar which is better deal time wise than the start up cost)? Will go again if need to.

4 dollars per minute. When you run out of time it is a minimum of 4 dollars just to start again. Card reader stole $4 from me so I had to use coins. First station I used didn't have soap so I had to go to the next one. Car is still dirty since i ran out of time and dont want to spend another $4 just to start again. Would of just been better of spending $15 or $20 somewhere else that would have washed it for me. To the managers, sincerely, fix ya car wash.

My first time using the self car wash and I used my card and when I pressed stop which had two stop buttons, one on the top and one the bottom it didn’t stop and it kept adding money to my card! A man came over and was pressing buttons trying to help me stop the time so it wouldn’t charge me. The last amount that I saw was nine dollars and about $.87 BUT I stopped it at about $6.87 and when I looked at my debit card later, it’s showing $10 pending. There’s no number outside to call. SMH. I will try cash next time or go somewhere else!!!

The vacuum I used had so little power it did nothing. Basically just ate my coins and left it at that.

Went to wash the truck and put $12 in the machine and it doesn't work. It didn't turn on at all. The posted customer service number goes to a voice mail box that is full. This place is a complete rip off. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
