Super Star Car Wash

Best car was in town. I love the fact that they have air guns to dry your car properly and clean towels available as well, not to mention an automatic floor mat cleaner. Customer service is outstanding. I had a monthly subscription down the street and this place is cheaper and 100 times better. I highly recommend Super Star.

I had a great experience at Super Star Car Wash! Alex and Gilbert were incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. They were both friendly, and professional! I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a local car wash!

Love this car wash! The location itself is always clean with supplies readily available. My car always comes out looking good as new. Vacuums work really well. Big thank you to Alex & Gilbert for always being pleasant when I visit!

I went to super star car wash to get my car washed. I was helped by a gentlemen by the name Gilbert. Very nice and respectful. He helped me thru the whole process, i am elderly and sometimes need help. I ended up buying your membership. I look forward to getting my car wash. Great job. Thank you

(!!!WARNING THESE MACHINES DAMAGE VEHICLES!!!) Update 2/3/2025 So I see that even after being denied coverage from the damage I received at this wash, i see the owners still responds to this comment about taking care of the problem. Nice way to C.Y.A to any future patrons. Don't believe responses from this wash on the reviews. All they are doing is lying to make them selves look good. They already told me they are not responsible for any vehicle over 7 years, so why lie about making things right? This place is a joke. 1/9/2025 I really liked this car wash compared to the other washes in the area unfortunately yesterday one of there rollers damaged my mirror on my truck and I have yet to receive a response or email about the situation. update 1/22/2025 so, I reached out to the so-called owner that responded to my review through the email they provided and still have yet to hear back from him or her. this is totally unacceptable business practice to damage a vehicle to one of your members and still charge their account and continue to do so. I highly recommend any new customers to stay away from his wash until they recalibrate their machines to not be so ruff and until they can show their customers, they are reliable and care for the safety of their patrons. Update 1/27/2025 So i see the owners of this establishment are quick to keep responding with the same response to this review but completely ignore emails my claim is still being ignored you guys broke my mirror and are still taking money out of my account for the membership. I will keep updating until this issue is resolved and warning future customers of this shady business. Update 2/2/2025 Finally got a email response from this horrible business pretty much they just said they don't hold them selves responsible for any vehicle over 7 years old regardless of condition. This company continues to show it's shady business practices. These kinds of warnings and disclaimers should be highly brought to any new and existing customers attention before signing up or entering a wash. this experience definitely opened my eyes on how car washes operate and i will think twice before taking any vehicle to an automated wash again.
