I loved this place at first! Especially, when I don't have the time to take my car into Miami auto-spa. The vacuums used to be intact and working,not anymore. The tire air tubes never work, well the ones i have tried to use. The towels were neatly folded,not just thrown in the cubby. They don't stock the towels right away and when you ask for more,they give you an attitude. When I first got my membership it was a nice place. Now it's following apart. I had the monthly plan but stopped it. My ex has 2 other cars on the plan that we will be canceling. It's just not worth it anymore. If they go back to doing better,I would definitely go back. You gotta have a talk with the bald gentleman, he's the one with the attitude when asking for towels that should be neatly restocked ahead of time. Thank you for taking your time to read my review. I'm in hopes it gets better so I can return again in the future.

This car wash have had do.many problems in the last few months the latest was today They were working on the equipment and they let me in to wash my car A greasy film was left on the car And when I asked the manager they wanted to blame me saying that I went through the cones I asked if I went around the cones why did it open for me and they guided me through the tunnel I was debating canceling my monthly membership and now I'm convinced that I'm canceling You need to look at who you hire? Because your people have no customer service skills

Have a dirty car? Well, look no further. This place has it all. They run a quick service no need to wait in line as a member. You just drive up & the barrier gates will automatically go up. As a mom, I definitely recommend getting their membership as you can take your car to wash 2x a day every day, which gives you the freedom to come as you need to. They have a friendly staff, I was greeted by Ramon, who was very attentive & has a welcoming smile. I really like the fact that they provide wipes for your dash, an air freshener, and clean towels to dry your car. They have ample space, so there will always be a spot available for vacuuming. They also have a sink, a floor mat cleaner & an air hose for those days when the tires are a bit low. Not only that, there is always staff on site cleaning, stocking up & as a female, it makes me feel safe to know there is always an employee around.

Staff here is very friendly, especially Nabeel! Answered all my questions and was very informative. They are plenty of free to use drying towels all around. There are Mini blowers available to blow water from crevices of your car. Great place to go to
