This is my favorite car wash and I have been to different ones, what makes this unique is that it’s always clean, always have enough space, and you will always see clean towels to wipe down your car, they have a bin for dirty towels and another for clean ones, but I do hope people don’t take the towels since I’m sure they might have to cancel this amenity :( So please be kind and after using the towels DONT take them but toss them in the dirty bin. It takes all of us to make an effort and doing our part.

Never coming back here again. The salesman are too pushy. Even if you request to make the purchase yourself, they still badger you with salesman tactics. "The $12 wash is just water". And then they literally laugh at you. I've had many experiences similar to this and I've had enough.

It was nice when they opened, but now it’s a joke. Will be canceling my subscription. I’ve tried to be patient and wait it out to see if some of the changes in recent weeks would work themselves out but it’s consistently getting worse. What’s the point of having “The Please Return Our Towels” signs if you are not exactly providing them on a consistent basis. I always have to track a staff member down to ask for towels now and given that your staff disappears that could be a long time waiting. Especially when my car is wet and needs additional drying. In the last 2 months I haven’t exactly had a clean car given the fact that I never get to wipe my car down or sometimes at 8:10PM your staff turns off the vacuums even tho your posted hours of operation are till 8:30PM. Staff is lazy. I can’t tell if towels are clean or dirty given there not folded and just thrown in the clean towels bin.
