Sylmar Car Wash

I’ve been a loyal customer for years going to this place. I went today to get a car wash right before I left to an event in downtown. I took extra have extra clothes in my trunk for the chilly weather tonight (long sleeve, jacket, extra socks and extra shoes)(trunk wasn’t open, light indication didn’t turn on. All is functioning well). I’m excited to get a wash because there wasn’t a lot of people and after 20 minutes, car comes out and they start drying. I see on and off that my car is being dried (patiently waiting) and I see that they pop the trunk open to do their routine clean and dry. Mind you, I’m a regular here and I don’t think much of them as they do their thing. Long story short, I get my car drive all the way downtown and get excited to change into warmer clothes and I find out that all my clothes is completely wet and a little bit inside the soles of my shoes too. I call to make a complaint and find a solution for this problem and the manager was very rude and would cut me off and not listen to me. I’m very disappointed that the worker that was doing my car would disrespect my property and didn’t have the courtesy to move or tell me that my clothes were wet. Also disappointed that the manager was not very helpful in providing me a refund or at least an apology. I will not be coming to this local car wash again

Today was my first time coming here to get my car washed and even after getting the confirmation from the gentleman who handed my keys over that everything was good to go, I noticed afterwards that my car had a lot of dried pollen spots and water spots on my windows and side mirrors. This was really unfortunate especially since it was my first experience coming here, I paid over $30 and tipped an additional $10.

My washers are always great, but Over one hour wait for a $33 for Sylmar wash for truck ... They are heavily understaffed or very disorganized.

Do not get your oil changed here!! WARNING!! Just like other reviewers said, they also left the plug in my oil loose. Took it to Jiffy Lube because there was horrible leaks in my garage. The technicians immediately asked me where I took it as there was a horrible spill/leak on my engine. Tech said they are surprised my engine didn’t explode as the plug was about to come out at any moment. Yes the deal may be good w the free car wash but is it worth thousands of dollars of damage plus risking your life???? I’m glad I came to Jiffy Lube just in time! Do yourself a favor and go to a professional. You’ve been warned.

Charge for vacuum the car they did not vacuum they forgot to add the matts, they need to change their rags more often it looks line if thry did not clean the cars. Charge for service they are not doing correctly
