Best car wash place I’ve been into in a while, gabby was such a pleasure and she helped me get my truck looking right after all the snow and salt made my truck a mess. I have been a long time monthly member. I visited the Orem car wash on Wednesday. As I updated my credit card information I was told i am on an old plan and have been paying too much. I would have liked to have been notified and the account corrected. I would like to have a refund of the overage amount. I will continue to visit Take 5 however, the monthly membership is very convenient way to visit and wash my vehicle. It is always very clean and shiny.

Was better under the previous ownership. $200 later and I spent 25 minutes there cleaning. Will spend another 30 or so when I get home. They did not really clean all of the surfaces before adding product. Had to clean leather, panels, and a lot on the outside. They don’t clean the outside beyond the machine wash. The seats had visible spray droplets from their conditioning product all over that I had to scrub out. Wont be returning.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years, since it was the original SuperSonic. Ever since Take 5 has taken over I have noticed almost none of the vacuums work, and they haven’t worked for well over a year. The car wash tunnel itself is okay, but if you want a one stop place to fully clean your vehicle I would highly recommend any of the other car washes, at least at other ones you can actually vacuum your vehicle out without having the try 3 different stalls to get a working vacuum.
