Take 5 Car Wash

Great Truck Wash. Josh and the crew are always great. I've been trusting my truck here for over almost 10 years. Ever since it was Supersonic. Even better after Take 5 took over. Josh helped me with my renewed membership. Good dude. Unless it's to create even better service. Don't go changing Take 5.

Visited today for the first time day. I had a great experience. There was no wait. The drive through wash seemed to do the job per usual. There were towels and cleaner solution available. The vacuums have powerful suction. I would definitely come back.

I had an amazing experience at Take 5! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. My car came out looking brand new—shiny, spotless, and smelling fresh! And the whole process was quick and efficient. If you’re looking for a high-quality car wash with excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants their car to look its best!

I have been debating on posting a negative review because I honestly loved this Carwash. I have been coming to Take 5 since it was a super sonic and I had no problems. Around the beginning of the year I had something fall through my car and shattered my rear window. I had no choice but to drive through the rest of the car wash with soap, water, and glass blowing everywhere. (I had cars behind me, I was unaware honking would have them stop the wash.) I spoke with the manager at the time of the incident, where they “cleaned” out of car but it was still covered in glass. I was furious. They then taped a garbage bag on my car to cover and sent me on my way. After fighting for weeks to get all of the damage paid for, I walked away with a fixed car but so much stress. Despite all that happened, I kept my car wash pass because accidents happen. Well around the end of July a lady told me about a special they had so I switched plans. Today, I checked my bank and noticed 2 charges from take 5 cash wash. I started investigating and see that I made my payment July 31st. However, they charged my my membership fee on the 2nd, 20th, AND 28th. August AND October. Hard to believe it was just “a system error” considering September it didn’t happen. Let’s also not talk about how they have no direct customer service line, or at least that’s what the employees will tell you. They give no compensation for the horrible business they run. Today, I cancelled all both memberships I was paying for when it was only supposed to be one (still unaware of where the third charge was coming from). I would definitely NOT recommend take 5 car wash, save the hassle and go somewhere else.

Perhaps the best Take 5 in the valley! They actually care to spray down your car each time before you go in the tunnel. The tunnel is long enough to get a proper wash done and the vacuums + foot mat washers work. Plus the employees here are really nice and helpful. Recommended! Definitely get a wash pack or subscription or it’s not worth it.
