IF YOU HAVE AN EMBLEM ON YOUR CAR STEER CLEAR! I just left this establishment absolutely speechless by how terrible the customer service and lack of care for a customer's vehicle. I had my car washed Saturday and when I got home I noticed my Mercedes emblem was missing. I called and the cashier let me know they had it and to come down Monday so the manager can handle my dispute. Perfectly fair. I drive almost an hour to get back to this establishment to be greeted like it was my problem not theirs. First thing I'm told " we don't cover that" as she hands me the broken Mercedes emblem. I asked her to show me in the policy where it says this and her response is "we don't cover that". So I ask hypothetically what if you broke the back windshield wiper off an SUV. Same response. Very callous. She then made an insinuation that "it could have been broken before you got here". Ma'am the emblem was fully attached when I brought my car in. This is how the manager addresses my concern and issues. Deflecting and placing blame to environment and weather as well. At the end she reluctantly offers me a month of car washes... After the first car wash that I've been through snapped my emblem off my car, no thank you. Fortunately I looked it up and it's a relatively cheap job to fix but I was floored by the condescending and arrogance they had. On a bright note the cashier was extremely empathetic when she took the call Saturday and followed all proper protocols to ensure the situation was handled. UPDATE: The Management team contacted me the next day and offered a very reasonable settlement to resolve the issue. They ensured it was fully covered and actually went above and beyond to ensure this was taken care of in a timely fashion. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I am appreciative of the direct follow up and accountability shown after this experience.

I have been a customer of Team Car Wash for a while, paying $60 a month for their subscription service. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to cancel after repeatedly having terrible experiences. I understand that if I wanted a deep clean or detailing, I would need to pay extra, but at the very least, I expect my car to come out clean after a standard wash. That’s not what happens here. Each time I visit, my car looks clean on the outside after going through the machine, but the service from the workers is completely unacceptable. The interior is barely touched. Dust on the dashboard and panels remains as if they didn’t even try to wipe it down. The windows are left streaked and dirty, and the drying process is careless—water spots and smudges are always left behind. It’s as though they rush through the job with zero attention to detail or effort. For $60 a month, I expect much better. With the recent price increase, this has become an even worse value. Why should I pay more for a service that doesn’t even meet basic standards? It’s extremely disappointing. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the results are consistently poor. Save your money and look elsewhere if you want a clean car and decent service. Team Car Wash is not worth it.

I trusted other peoples reviews that this was a good car wash and it’s not. I ordered “The Works” package for my truck which is their highest tier package and for nothing from it. My interior was terribly vacuumed, I didn’t get the promised tire dressing they offered in the package, and they missed so many spots on my truck it’s like I didn’t even get a car wash. Just don’t bother trying it out. Hope I saved you the trip and money.

not wiped down properly. i paid almost 40 and even tipped :( also paid extra 2 dollars because i had an suv but what was the point if they could not give me that clean. they rush too much and don’t clean in detail, it’s sad because for some people like me, going to a car wash is a big deal. i hope places just dont think about just money all the time and take pride on their service because i been reading through these reviews and they just continue to complain about the same thing too.

I had an issue with one of the self-service vacuums, but the experience was quickly turned around by the manager on staff. They were extremely kind and professional, offering me a complimentary vacuum cleaning service. I was impressed with how promptly and efficiently the situation was handled. I’ll definitely be returning to finish washing my car and continue using their services. Excellent customer care! The vacuums are very strong and they definitely did the job. I have two toddlers and trust me my car was bad when I first came in!! Kathy 🙏🏽♥️
