Team Car Wash

Went to team car wash in Westfield, NJ. Pay 27 dollars for my car to get wash, all I got was a wash of my car outside the driver mat and that was it. No vacuuming was done which was suppose to, no wiping if my dashboard either. Didn't see the condition of my car after the was till the next morning when I hop into my car to place some items in this is what I met. See pictures. Also when I got my car wash it was late in the evening the place was very dark. I was shock to see that I didn't get the service I pay for. I called spoke to the manager I told him I will come by to show him what I pay for I didn't get and if this the service I'm suppose to receive. Pulled up at Team car wash Westfield went in greet the manager and another employee standing beside him, he came out with me to see what I was talking about. As to my surprised as a manager what came out him mouth next to me as the customer who bring you service shock me. He look at my car and responded oh if u don't like our service their's other car wash around you can go to and start fixing back my mats at the 3rd row. I said sir as a manager you shouldn't be saying something like that to your customer and please no need to fix my mat back I didn't bring my car for u to fix the mat I brought it for u to see the dirty washing your employees did. This man had the nerves to tell me oh well. I was so disgusted. I just looked at him say thank you got in my car and drove off with no confrontation. Oh I even asked him you're trying to tell me the employees aren't suppose to vacuum and wipe your car he told me no I asked so what really I'm paying for.

Deeply Disappointed – Expected So Much More As a new mom, my days are already overwhelming, and I was really looking forward to having my car professionally cleaned for some much-needed peace of mind. I was truly looking forward to a fresh, clean car, but I left feeling completely disappointed by the service I received. The exterior wash was fine, but the inside of my car was barely touched. Trash was left behind, my mats were still dirty, and it was obvious that no real effort was made to vacuum or wipe things down properly. I expected a full, detailed clean, but instead, I got a rushed, careless job. It’s frustrating to spend money on a service and drive away feeling like nothing was done. I felt like I wasted my time and money. Truly heartbreaking. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic car wash with even better service! From Sal at the oil change to Jack and Connie at the car wash, and Reggie at detail, the entire team is outstanding. Everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by for a top-notch wash!

Just moved to the area so googled the nearest car wash with great reviews. All lies. Paid for the it’s works which is their best package. I could have washed my car myself. They didn’t even apply the wax to the tires. So disappointed.

Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price Paid $38 for a car wash and specifically requested a thorough exterior cleaning and vacuuming inside. The outside was okay, but the inside looked like no one even touched it. They were so busy that it felt like they rushed through without any attention to detail. Definitely not worth the money. First and last time here—would not recommend.
