Edit the next day: Team Car Wash reached out to me to remedy the situation with a new wash. Great customer service! Like i said, this was an irregularity. Pros and cons. Always a great experience. Quick, even if the line is out to the road. Vacuums are very nice too. Just disappointed they never fully wash the car. Paid for the most expensive wash and my tires aren’t shined, there’s no wax, and my trunk is still dirty. They are very nice here to wipe down things and maybe forget the truck but this is usually the case.

Good place to rinse off salt on your daily driver in winter/early spring. If you want a super clean exterior job, a hand wash that makes you pay over $40 or more would be best for a top notch exterior cleaning. A professional detail would cost over $100. The people who complain in the reviews about this place has no idea what a professional detail looks like and expect a lot from a $22 wash. The staff are welcome and helpful. Recommend this place for basic cleaning.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for about a year and have had a membership for a few months. While I initially appreciated the convenience, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the service—the quality of the cleaning seems to depend on whether the workers think you’ll tip them. Today was especially disappointing. After my car went through the wash, it was still soapy. When I asked the worker to finish cleaning it, he refused, saying he didn’t have time. I even offered to clean it myself and asked to borrow a rag, but he told me I should go to another place if I wanted a better cleaning. Unfortunately, it seems that’s exactly what I’ll be doing—taking my business elsewhere.

Edit: They also let non members in the members lane which defeats the purpose of paying a monthly fee. Lie to you about the package. I got the works package which is supposed to include a tire shine. I did not receive a tire shine. I think all packages, from the $10 to the $20 are the same thing. Look at my tires in the photo , they were not shined at all. Next time I’ll get the $10 package since it’s the same thing apparently. I was told the machine knows which package I chose, do not buy that lie.
