I got a complete detailing package service. In the package details it said vacuuming and shampooing mats, seats etc. It was $349 cost service but I negotiated for $270! They called me about in 3 hours and bingo it was not beyond washing in and out. These people don’t know anything about car detailing! I asked to talk to the manager but wasn’t there and asked if they call me when available but no call so far! Simple conclusion, never stop by here for auto spa! One of the worst service in anything I got so far and I really wonder how they can keep this business open with their poor service in Irvine!

Miguel, Modesto, and Fabian did a great job detailing my car. I was rushing and they understood and worked so quickly. While I was waiting I noticed some bad attitude customers who had no reason to complain but felt the need to make others feel badly. The bad reviews should be taken with a grain of compassion and this was my first time here I’m glad I gave them a chance. Four stars because they missed a few areas but were able to take care of it once pointed out.

Really disappointed with my experience here. Wash and dry were poorly performed and my infotainment display ended up with huge multiple scratches across the screen. Very upset with my experience here. Tried calling to back to discuss this but no one answered the phone. Will not be going back. Avoid this place.

Despite paying a substantial amount of money, I have never made an effort to clean the seat at this particular place. After my initial visit, I had requested them to clean it for my next visit, yet the cleanliness remains unchanged. Regrettably, this establishment has proven to be the most unsatisfactory place I have ever encountered, and I have decided not to return. Not only is the cleanliness of the seat consistently poor despite my requests, but the overall experience at this place is simply unacceptable.
