This place completely ruined our car! Initially, when we spoke with the manager, they assured us they would take care of the issue. But later, they called us back, refused to take responsibility, and denied the incident altogether. We're appalled by how they handled the situation and told us to use our own insurance to cover the damage caused by their machine. The employees here are unethical, and whoever runs this business clearly doesn’t care about customer service or the reputation of their company. After this incident, I noticed many reviews from others who experienced the same thing, and I deeply regret not reading the reviews before purchasing their membership. Don’t let them damage your car!

Louis was absolutely amazing!!! He had such awesome customer service and was very informative and gave me a lot of information on the different car wash packages they have and helped me decide which one I want to get. They also have vacuums for you to use and they are great and have great suction to get your carpets and seats really clean. I am definitely a new customer for good and I get a LOT of car washes. So happy I found my new favorite place! Louis deserves to be recognized for his awesome customer service. Thank you so so much Louis!!! You made today such a better day for me.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at Googie Car Wash and cannot recommend this business to anyone. I became a member around July 21st, initially drawn in by the positive reviews and the thorough explanation of the plans provided by Gabriel Holguin. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned negative. On July 23rd, I visited the Anaheim location to wash my white car. During the wash, the tire cleaner damaged the left side of my vehicle. I immediately reported the issue to Lisandra, who identified herself as a manager. She assured me that she would follow up, and indeed, she called me the next day, July 24th. Lisandra informed me that the camera footage confirmed the damage occurred while my car was in the wash. However, she then placed the blame on me, suggesting that the damage was my fault because I hadn’t entered the car wash straight. This accusation was baseless—I followed the staff’s instructions exactly, including putting the car in neutral when instructed. If there had been any issues with alignment, the on-site staff should have addressed them. To make matters worse, Lisandra advised me to file a claim with my insurance to cover the damage caused by their equipment. This is absolutely unacceptable. I requested to speak with the manager, Greg, but was told they didn’t know when he would have time to call. After multiple follow-ups, Greg finally contacted me, only to confirm that they would not repair my car, despite the damage being caused by their equipment. I even reached out to senior management, but no one bothered to respond. It is clear that this company does not care about its customers. The good service you receive on your first visit quickly disappears once you become a member. If anything happens to your car, you’re left to handle it on your own. As a Senior Manager in a large corporation, I understand the importance of addressing customer concerns before they escalate publicly. The lack of responsibility and communication from Googie is concerning, and it’s evident that they do not value their customers. I hope the management at Googie will reconsider their approach to customer service and take responsibility for the damage their equipment caused. - - - - My REPLY to your message below - - - - Thank you for finally responding. However, I must clarify that I was never invited to return to review the camera footage or to discuss the matter further, so there was no offer for me to decline. This is the first time I’m hearing about such an opportunity, and it’s unfortunate that you didn’t give me a call to inform me earlier. Lisandra mentioned that the footage shows how your tire polish caused the side skirt of my car to come loose. Greg tried to claim it was already loose and suggested I simply push it back into place. However, it was not loose, and despite my efforts, I’ve been unable to secure it. There is no damage on my car, and if you are referring to the paint at the front, that issue is unrelated to the damage caused by your tire shine on the left side. Last week, I sent you a “Notice of Intent to Pursue Legal Action,” and I intend to file on Day 10 as indicated in the letter. Should you wish to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call. Staff was very friendly. But this was far and away the worst car wash I have ever had. It ripped a piece of rubber off the roof of my car. It pushed my mirror out to the point where it almost broke. And the worst part about it. The water was coming down so hard that it chipped the paint all over the hood of my car.
