Thunder Wash Car and Pet Wash

OMG! After living in EM for nearly five years, and washing my car, I’m kicking myself for not having taken advantage of Thunder Wash’s pet wash before now. They totally need to advertise it, because there is not a place you don’t fork out big $ for a clean pet—UNLESS, you’re keen on breaking your back leaning over a tub for fifteen minutes. NO THANK YOU! This pet wash has soap that’s tear-free, tick remover, gentle, conditioner, water vac, air dryer, and more! The treat machine was out, so we went to the pet store instead. Why? I was in such a fantastic mood, so was Azure, that we were both smiling. No pain in my back tonight!

The wash stalls were very dirty. Lots of dirt, rocks, trash, and debris. The sprayer had very low pressure. The sprayer hose leaked profusely from the point where it attaches at the ceiling. The vacuum stalls also had trash all over the ground. Also, their prices seem quite high. I was there about 5 minutes and it was $4.50. If I was to have spent the time to use the foam brush I imagine the price would rival that of a quality drive thru wash.

Great place to come leave all of your mud and get a terrible car wash. Used this place three times but never again. Not enough soap, let the owner know, and they sent screenshots of my car (terrible quality) and said it looked clean enough.

I used to come here weekly to wash my car. Sometimes I would use the self service and sometimes the touchless. I stopped going to the self service because it would always leave giant streaks on my car, never getting my car clean. I just went to the touchless and it doesn’t even look like my car was cleaned. And I did the most expensive option! Definitely going to find a new car wash.
