Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Yes I want to write a review on amazing experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! I accidentally dropped my key fob, and it got sucked up by the vacuum. I was panicking, but the workers went above and beyond to find it. They were so patient and dedicated, and they managed to retrieve it for me! I’m beyond grateful for their outstanding service and care. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend this place enough – truly exceptional service! Thank you to the team for saving the day!

Today was my first time using this car wash and I must say I was very impressed! The employees were very nice from the time I pulled to the machine to decide which wash I want to the end before I entered the car wash. I love that they have an extra person in between before you get to the actual car wash. This person actually wet brush the passenger side of the your vehicle and once you get closer to the car wash, the other person wet brush the driver side and the back of your vehicle. I got the single wash and my vehicle looked really nice after the wash! Tires and all!! The way the vacuums are set up is very convenient! I love that they have the regular vaccums and vaccums with a hose! The hose vaccums are soooo awesome! I actually could vaccum in between my seats (you know where the arm rest and seat separate) without any effort!! That along, will make me a repeat customer! They have micro towels and windex out near each vacuum station for you to clean the inside of your vehicle. Overall, I would rate 9/10!

So, went there today and spent $30 for their top tier wash. I hate to leave a bad review because every single employee there was so kind and smiled and waved. Amazingly great staff. The wash was not great. I don’t expect it to be perfect. None of them are. I of course used the towels they provide to scrape the leftover bug splat and wipe down the water spots. Thats not my problem. My problem didn’t show up until I got home and looked at my car. Whatever they used for the tires slung all over my brand new 1 week old car. I spent almost a complete hour trying to get it all off. It was oily and everywhere. It was horrible and I finally had to use a lightly damp cloth to get it off which apparently took off the $30 shine I paid to begin with on the paint.🤦🏼‍♀️ Never Ever again. 😭 I have a video of it and me working to get it off to show how hard it was to get off. Honestly, as someone who has been looking for a decent car wash place, this is top rank! My favorite part is that they give you microfiber cloth in the vacuum stations to really dry off your car. And the vacuum suction is so great I didn’t have to spend so many minutes cleaning off.

I love this Car Wash business, I always leave with a clean and smell good car, always satisfied with the results! Love them, my favorite place to get my car washed and clean !
