TLC Express Auto Wash

Used to do business here a year ago since it was conveniently nearby and would come in 2-3 times a month and even purchased a basic membership. Noticed a few scratch on my body paint and well aware of their policy about not being responsible for any damages for the customer. The deal breaker for me was that I am now forced to purchase the premium option for the drive thru to dry my car which should be the very basic hence the “car wash”. Will NOT recommend this place

I have been coming to this car wash for a couple years now, and very happy with the service I receive. The staff members are really courteous and kind, always greeting me with a smile. I know this is not a 5 star Carwash but the customer service along with the convenient wash make it that. Hope this helps someone looking for a decent, quick and easy wash. The membership prices are hard to beat, so I encourage you to join. Mine is less than a dollar a day!!! Big shot out to John for encouraging excellence from his staff.

After visiting multiple car washes, we can confidently say that TLC Express Auto Wash is by far the best, and we are thrilled to share our experience with others. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and thorough car wash, look no further! One of the standout features here are the airguns — they’re fantastic at getting every last drop of water out of even the trickiest spots. From the side mirrors to the dust in the vents, it’s amazing how much water and dirt gets removed. I no longer have to worry about hidden moisture causing issues or breathing in dusty air, and it really helps speed up the drying process. The vacuums here are also top-notch. They’re consistently strong and well-maintained, doing an incredible job of picking up everything. (Just a tip — maybe don’t vacuum your used clothes?) If a vacuum ever isn’t working quite as well as it should, one of the attendants can promptly unclog it. Usually, it’s something like clothing or a paper cup blocking it, and they’re quick to get it fixed. The staff is always happy to help and ensure everything is working perfectly. The excellent and ultra-madoen automated wash system is another reason why everyone keep coming back. The bristles are incredibly gentle on the paint, and there are never any issues with scratches. It’s reassuring to know the wash is effective and safe for any car’s finish. We’ve seen many automated washes, but TLC’s system stands out for its thoroughness and care. We also want to mention the excellent service everyone experiences here. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and attentive. We’ve received so many great reviews from our valued customers who consistently leave happy, and we can certainly attest to the quality and care the staff puts into their work. It’s nice to know that the positive feedback here is genuine, especially when you see some less-than-helpful, spammy reviews elsewhere. This place advertises that it opens at 7:30am .The employees are clearly there every morning but they won’t move the cones and actually let cars in till about 8:30 am . I’m curious as to what management will respond to this if they even will? I would definitely like for you to look into this matter considering you guys never open at 7:30 am . I am located just a couple blocks from your business and on my days off of work I go bright and early and have never been able to get my car washed in the early am….

I normally do not write a review, but must inform this to any potential customer. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY COVERAGES FOR THE DAMAGES FROM THIS FACILITY. Worst customer service ever. My tire valve got stuck in the lane and broke. As a consequence, my tire got completely inflated as shown in the picture. Spoke to couple employees there and they came back with an answer that the owner will not do anything about it. He even blamed me that I were falsely charging him with broken tire saying “the tire was already damaged before you got the car wash” without even checking the footage or anything. Extremely disappointed and will never go back.
