Paid for the $59.99 Gold Car Wash. Every door handle is still dirty. Cup holders don’t look wiped down. Middle seat not wiped down. Crumbs in all the seats. Gave them two stars for washing the car but definitely did not get a gold level wash and vacuum.

At first before coming to Town & Country: when receiving my rental car I was frightened by how dirty it was left by the previous renters. Glass was improperly cleaned, seats had sweat and drink stains, wheels left caked in wheel dust, sad looking plastics. I couldn't go another day with the car looking like this - I couldn't even see out of the windshield at night without seeing steaks everywhere. Thankfully I found a solid car wash place in the area. For 150.00 this is really the best you can get. The job was nearly perfect. Clear glass, seat stains gone, and the wheels look a whole lot better. I attached before and after photos. It received: Exterior deluxe package with plastics and tire shine, interior cleaning with seat shampoo. The only thing missed was the trunk interior glass (covered by trunk cover, so it's easy to forget, no big deal). Some tree sap marks that were left on the surface as well, but was able to pick off softly since the sap was made damp. Overall I am happy with the result and will recommend them to my friends that live in the area that use other car washes.

I started going to this place the first day on October 11th because I decided to try the membership ship option. The place is nice and the employees do a good job on getting my car clean. I took it yesterday and when I got home after it was finished I noticed a plastic piece from my car alarm was broken. I know for sure it was not broken when I got there because my car alarm honks a few times even when it’s not armed so I always put it in valet mode to disabled it and to do that I there is a button you hold underneath the little box with the light and the green light stays solid until I take it out of valet mode . After receiving my car and driving away I noticed that the light looked bright and even thought maybe they cleaned the plastic part that covers the lights then I noticed it was missing. I wish they would have told me and at least saved the part because maybe I would’ve been able to crazy glue it. I am disappointed that they didn’t tell me and I had to find out in my own. You can notice in the pictures the one that has the plastic cover looks like a white tint from plastic the first pictures are from a while ago when I purchased my alarm and the last ones are from yesterday

I’ve been coming to town and country car wash for years for very obvious reasons! No matter where you’ve been or how dirty your car is when it leaves this car wash it is spotless inside and out right down to the wheels and every point in between spotless. So if you’re looking for a great hand wash detail oriented car wash town and country should be your next stop!

Brought my 2017 Shelby here for a hand wash. It was too low to go through the machine so I got a 100% hand wash/mini detail for $50. They left it clean, did the tire shine and were super friendly. Love this place!
