First time customer, requested the top plan for $47. Explained to both the men who took my car in, and outside guys finishing up, that I need the inside clean most important due to kids in the car. They were super fast, and the outside was sparkling, that’s why the second star was give. At first when I left it looked decent inside. Once I seen in detail the outrageous lack of cleaning they did once I got home, I needed to write this. I spent another 2 hours vacuuming inside and wiping the mess all around the car. No detailed vacuuming, no detailed wiping. A rip off of a car wash.

Every time I come here I leave disappointed. There is always dust on my dashboard and the mats still have stuff on them so clearly they weren’t vacuumed well. I come here for convenience but need to find another car wash that will take the time to clean the interior. Picture below I took on my drive home from the car wash.

It says 7 days a week i called before i came and its phone messages confirmed it is seven days a week till 5pm for sundays. google maps has live update you need to wait about 15 minutes to get service done. But it is closed now. how google maps says live updates? So diapointting. It is ok you r closed on saturday s or sundays but Do not give people FALSE information～ google maps even tells us the live updates with picturea attached

Paid for the most expensive package ($40 with tax) and came home with a dirty car. I even pointed out to the man who gave me the ticket a few areas with dog hair that needed vacuuming and they completely ignored it. MAYBE 3 minutes wiping down my entire car at the end with lots of missed spots and the machines alone missed a ton of spots on the exterior. I’ve been coming to Towne since I moved to the area in 2019 and this is my second wash in a row that is totally subpar. Confused because when I first started using them they did a great job and took a lot of time and care in their work. Last photo is how much additional dirt and grime I pulled off the interior of the car doors alone in 10 minutes with a paper towel and standard all purpose kitchen spray. Will be looking for a new car wash moving forward

This was my first time here and I brought two vehicles to be detailed. This is by far one of the worst car wash I’ve been to. The job was rushed and I still left with a dirty exterior and interior. I was not pleased AT ALL. I had quite a good tip ready to be given to the guys but after seeing the job that was done I immediately changed my mind. I even asked one of them if they could vacuum over spots they missed but nothing was done. I had to go to another car wash right after to have it hand washed because this job was poorly done.
