Towne Hand Car Wash

First of all I want to start by saying that I live in this community this car wash is located. I'm a monthly membership only had a membership for about a month. These guys included the manager Hugo are very unprofessional they are rude impatient. don't listen well they don't speak English. Rush cars and they give customers attitude. They used dirty towels to wipe cars. The manager Hugo have earbuds in both ears. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there if you looking for a good service. I told him to clean my floor mats. But they rushed. They vacuum the interior and didn't clean my floor mat.

Very disappointed. I spend $38 to wash outside and inside of my car. Outside is fine but for inside, they just fast vacuum. Leave the trash on the seat and, they don’t swap the chairs and floor, only fast vacuum and charge me $20 for that?!! I never been here anymore and suggested you guys do inside cleaning because thy just take money and don’t do anything.

Good car wash when they’re not busy, can be hit or miss when they are (usually a miss). If they took a little more time per car the experience would be much better. They are a hand car wash which is always a plus. They prices are pretty good considering that the surrounding car wash’s charge.

HORRIBLE…COMPLETE RIP OFF. Done waste your money for this car wash. They only want to do more number of cars but the quality sucks. I got the HIGHEST PLATINUM package and am no where near satisfied. They did a horrible job for the vacuum. The guy did not even took a minute to vacuum. He was in and out like zoom zoom and all the dirt was still there, even the trunk which is the easiest part. They just rinsed the floor matts when they were supposed to wash them with soap. Windshield was a mess when they finished. Creases and lint was all over the glass. There were water marks on every panel and they missed to dry few spot and i have to point out to the guys twice. The drying guys even had an attitude and will ignore you first if you try to tell them to do the job right. They did not towel dry and remove the access soap from the door jambs which i had to tell them twice to wipe off. I am also in the auto industry and trust me these guys only want to do more number of cars so that they can make more money. Any carwash that is doing a great customer service would not just rush to finish the job. Also this place is NOT AN ACTUAL HAND CAR WASH. This car wash is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. KEEP AWAY. I just wanted to leave a honest review.

Been going here since April ‘22. This is the only car wash, fingers crossed, that has not scratched my wheels in their track. Even when they seem a bit short staffed, and it’s freezing cold, they do a good job.
