TRAX Car Wash Edison

After the gym, I stumbled upon this car wash. The place wasn’t particularly friendly, the place was clean and the cashier was looking bored and not welcoming. After exiting the cashier, I sat outside in the bench just for 2 seconds while 5 workers dried my car. No less than that it took for them to call me over and notice a nail inside my tire. At first glance this looked like a scam. The workers tried to directly tell me to consult with the back to fix it. How strange it was that they kept saying there is construction. Btw there was no construction. I came from the gym and my tires were good. After going to the back and the worker from the shop called the manager his response was simply for me to pay the cost for the fix. The manager was the cashier and he didn’t bother coming out to talk with me. The man who vacuumed my car told me he didn’t see this nail and he said he would have told me.The worker patched the hole and I went to pay for cost $25 dollars to patch! The cashier/manager didn’t move a muscle he simply made me pay. This picture was taken by me fresh out the car wash. The 1 1/2 inch nail was pushed inside and this was a scam. I left and no one even showed remorse. I’ll wait for the immature response from Mike the owner ________

Bad customer service, there is a guy in the front who looks like he is mad about life. Thank God I do not go there anymore. But the carwash you sit in the car and it is fast and short.

Disappointing Car Wash , Not Recommended. In short -I cannot recommend this car wash to anyone. The subpar cleaning quality, high prices, and rude owner make it an establishment that does not live up to its promises. I suggest looking for alternative options in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a more thorough and professional service. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding this car wash altogether. I recently visited trax car wash in my neighborhood with high hopes of getting my vehicle cleaned and looking fresh. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite, leaving me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the lackluster service and high prices offered by this establishment. First and foremost, the quality of the car wash left much to be desired. Despite paying a premium price for their services, my vehicle was far from spotless. There were noticeable streaks and missed spots all over the exterior, making it evident that the job was done in haste and without attention to detail. Even after pointing out these issues to the staff, they seemed disinterested and made no effort to rectify the situation. Speaking of prices, I was taken aback by the exorbitant rates charged by this car wash. It was clear that they were trying to capitalize on their convenient location and the lack of competition in the area. I expected a higher standard of service for the amount I paid, but instead, I received subpar results that didn't justify the steep price tag. To make matters worse, the owner's behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I approached the owner to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction, I was met with a dismissive and defensive attitude. Instead of acknowledging the shortcomings of their service, the owner chose to deflect blame and make excuses. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, and their behavior left me feeling disrespected and unheard.

Today I took car wash service + trunk cleaning by paying extra 4$ but zero satisfaction they didn't even clean mat for everything they are asking extra amount. They didn't even clean car door when I asked them to clean they said it's not covered. They are very rude and said if you want very clean do it yourself . Worst experience please don't waste your money and time here. Thank you I read your review. It's not your fault it's purely customer fault. Have a good holiday season. God bless you
