Tustin Plaza Car Wash

Caused over $1300 of damage to my door. When I got there it worked fine and when they gave it back the door wouldn’t close and my INSIDE door panel was loose. Now the owner is refusing to pay. Pictured are his untrained employees trying to fix the damage he says they didn’t cause with a screw driver and buck knife. He claims they only offer car wash services and are free from liability. Had to have my car towed because I couldn’t hold the door closed while I drove home 40 miles away. After several emails now where Peter “Won Baek”’(according to him) has refused to act with any amount of honor or integrity I’m being forced to take it to the next level. On edit - you can see this guys response after almost a year. YOU BROKE IT and you refused to address it and still do. You’ll get yours.

My go to place for car wash service. So far I've noticed that only two people do a great job drying cars and make sure yo tip well. This time it was spotless. 5/29/2022 I had just finished a move and my car was so dirty inside and out. I bought the 70 dollar interior detail and glad I did. Car is spotless and leather was cleaned very well. Couldn't be happier.

Tustin Plaza Car Wash Date: 3/11/2024 Time of day - Late Morning Order - Deluxe Car Wash Menu price - $32.99 Receipt price - $32.99 Tax - $0.00 Paid $32.99 Good service from rep I went in for a wash before starting the day. Wanted a good wash with some added extras. A Full Service Car place that is 100% Hand Wash. They use air hoses to blow out water from all the small spaces on the car. They have a small selection of drinks, novelty items (a lot of greeting cards/ magnets/ etc) a lot of car accessories, massage chairs and free coffee on your way to pay. There’s not a lot of snacks available though. There’s a shelf with all the drinks and snacks in plain sight. Needs to be tidied up and look presentable, at least. There are available benches inside and out. Complete Wash Time: 30 minutes Business was ok. Waiting area needed a sweeping. Business is located next to a Goodyear Repair Shop. Fair and honest review. Decent cleaning for the $32.99 wash for my SUV. It took just over an hour. I pulled straight in as nobody was in line in front of me on a Tuesday at 1:35pm. The exterior was a bit dirty but there were 4 spots that were completely missed. All were bigger than a fist and pretty obvious locations. Inside was good. Door jambs and door inside edges were done nicely. Vacuuming good but I'm pretty clean anyways so wasn't a whole lot to do. For a hand wash I figured they would do better overall and not miss bottom of front passenger door, front corner, top off a wheel well and mostly the front corners where most bugs collect. I tipped regardless as work in the heat was done and it's not everyone's fault. I will look for other hand wash places before going back though. Oh... and why ask someone what scent they want for it to be forgotten to be put in. Don't go on a work lunch break since they can't finish within an hour during typically slow times on a weekday.

I JUST PAID TO HAVE MY TAHOE HAND WAXED. THEY DIDN'T DO THE ROOF. WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM HE SAID IT WAS DONE. I ASKED HIM TO GET THE STUFF AND DO A SMALL PART OF THE ROOF TO PROVE THEY DID IT HE REFUSED! 80 BUCKS TO WAX MY CAR. I GO THERE ALL THE TIME TO HAVE IT WASH. NEVER AGAIN! WHY CAN PEOPLE JUST DO THE JOB THE RIGHT WAY? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Today is September 1st. I just finished waxing the roof of my tahoe. Which absolutely is not an easy thing when you have an extremely bad back! Again, I will never go back to this place! I guess this is the world we live in. No one takes pride in their work anymore!
