Read til the end for the many reasons I'm giving only one star! I have been to this car wash many times over the years. The location is convenient for me but I always have some kind of problem. Some issues I've encountered are as follows; card reader errors with the automatic washes, dial on coin-operated machines at the self-wash bays don't always work, the vacuum hoses are all torn up and one machine didn't work after inserting money. My most recent visit was a few nights ago. I used the automatic wash. I bought the $10 wash. My truck was still dirty but when driving out of the bay, there was soap on the windshield. There were pine needles on the sides of the truck. The brushes didn't hit numerous areas. The air dryer didn't come close to blowing the water off. I was going to vacuum the interior but there were excessive amounts of spider webs with large spiders crawling not only on all the machines and hoses but also above. I understand bugs are normal and will be present outside but this was extreme.

The automated wash isn't worth the money Have a standard sedan and the lower section and rear were still dirty after going through. The self service is ok for a rinse off, have never been happy with the soap for cleaning, also work fast the timer goes quick.

The brushes never get my mirrors on Subaru outback, nor Center of back window. Bugs didn't come off of windshield nor hood. Catd reader doesn't work so you have to use cash.

It's a car wash.. one of the card readers hasn't worked in forever on the auto wash. The brushless one has a poor rinse cycle leaving soap. Rhe dryer timer is on the short side compared to other washes. The do it yourself bays are fine and work like that should cause you're doing it... yourself. I still go here so it's usable but more as a convenient stop in a regularly driven route than by choice.

Scratched my suv....as expected told me was there already according to his video camera in the car wash ... Yeah Hello Check your car after you go thru the car wash like to see the video he stated.
