Ultimate Hand Car Wash

Honestly, i was planning to leave 5 stars based on how much time they all spent cleaning, washing and wiping my car. That’s until i got it back. I get it that it is not a detail service but ultimate package should not leave stains on center console or mud on doors… mixed feelings. Wait can be 20 min plus based on how many cars inside. Overall they got the job done but for the “ultimate” package and 4 people handwashing - this is disappointing

Would be five stars but I’d stop using the brushes you use on the paint before going through. Windows fine. But you’re using the same water over and over with dirt trapped in the brushes which creates swirls and micro scratches. Completely fine for non black cars. But I absolutely love the no touch aspect

First time here… but we will be back! Our Ram 2500 truck looks great after the car wash! Interior smell great too! This is a real hand wash car wash. Worth the price! We got the ultimate car wash (nothing higher). The car mats were washed too! They take credit card only for the wash but takes cash tip… Don’t forget to bring cash to tip the hard working staff! There is metal box by the customer exit. Thank you very much! Glad we found your place of business. We drove away from 3 other car wash… and found this “real” hand wash!

Not exactly how I expected my truck to look after purchasing the ultimate package. Center console was a mess. Doors weren’t wiped. Rear view mirror wasn’t touched. Seats were poorly vacuumed with residue left behind. Very disappointed. They couldn’t even take the time to put the mats back correctly.

WORST Car Wash I’ve ever visited in the tri-state area. This is coming from a person who drives for a living and I have to wash my vehicle every single day unless is snowing or raining. They charge you an arm & leg and is the customer service is mediocre the attendant stinks of cigarettes no professionalism. On top of that they use a brush to wash big SUV when you paying for HAND CAR WASH see you kidding me. Most of the soap and chemicals nozzles are clogged up and to dry the vehicle they have the audacity to use cheap towels that a cheap hourly Motel won’t even use. I suggest you go to a self car wash or wash it at your house. By the way you can’t even see the price until you get right up to the entrance after waiting like 5min in line cause they are so slow. Unfortunately Google won’t allowed me to give 1/2 or 0 star.
