Union Car Wash

This place is terrible. Washed car twice after a complaint when I saw the car was not washed properly I went back I can't reply to you but it's not true. as the owner, you should have chosen your words more careful if you want people to go back. If you have the video for the correct car it's impossible because was 3 cars in front of my car before I got in for the second time, your employee came to me and we talked. I get out of the car to show him the bad washing so it’s impossible what you’re saying and definitely not true Second I did neutral both times and I wash cars everywhere for the pass 25 years so don't teach me to put car on neutral, And second time exiting if you really have the cameras, they were cleaning a car before I got out so it’s impossible again for me to run over your employees I told him no towels the second time so I was not running over anybody they not even do anything with the towels since car was all wet the first time when I got to the gas station on Morris ave a mile down. This is not acceptable as you can see the photos and I have a receipt to prove it I will never spend money on your place again. You also have water at the end and with low pressure so when car is almost at the end doesn’t clean all the soap and blowers barely do the job to get water out.

This car wash used to serve as my quick fix especially in the winter to clean the salt off. I took my car there and selected the premium wash. I drove home and realized my car had soap streaks all over, so I went back within 15 minutes. They washed it again, and it still had the streaks all over. On top of that as my car was exiting the car behind me bumped the back of my car, one worker ran over and hit the switch to stop the car behind me. When I drove out I got out and inspected my car thankfully no damage but the other worked started to argue that my car did not get bumped. The first worker told him it did and to be quiet. Kudos to him for being honest and quick to stop it but NEVER AGAIN. Both car washes came out horrible! After two washes and getting the same bad job something is wrong machine or man or both!

I figured I was give this place a try so I went to have my car washed. I was so surprised with how TERRIBLE the service is at Union car wash. My vehicle was so spotty, my windows were still a mess and they left the tape they placed on my windshield. (I guess that’s how they let their team know that I wanted tire shine.) The tire shine they use is horrible. By the time I got to my destination which was 8 mins away, it looked like it wasn’t done. I rather pay $5 - $10 more at the car wash I typically go to, ti receive a much better service and have the inside of my vehicle cleaned along with having my weather tech mats also cleaned. Not worth it at all!!!!

After Being a customer many years ago. This Establishment continues to charge my credit card 50 bucks a month I haven’t used or been to this place, after asking the owner to please stop charging my card. He Threatned to call the police and told me he does not have time for this. His response was to send an email which I’ve already done and was unsuccessful which is my reason for physically showing up to speak and terminate my membership. I’ve disputed with my bank and they still charge my account. absolutely disgusted with the way this place treats customers after the nasty exchange he just had with me I would never recommend anyone to come here

Very basic car wash, it gets the job done but could do with some better drying towels, always have to give it another rinse and dry at home after here because of the streaks from the drying towels
