Urban Auto Spa

I recently brought my car to Urban Auto Spa for an interior and exterior detail. Upon dropping it off, I made it clear to Alex that I had been involved in a side-swipe incident, particularly noting the damage on the driver's side rear door, which I even provided pictures of. While I attempted to address the surface scratches myself using compound, I expressed my concern about the remaining swirl marks, especially since I intended to sell the car to a friend. I did not request any extensive restorative work, understanding that this was not a body shop. Upon collecting my car, I was initially pleased with the immaculate detail job. However, upon closer inspection with a flashlight, something seemed off about the driver's side. To my dismay, further investigation revealed that Sharpie had been used to "mask" the deeper scratches. This discovery left me extremely unhappy and disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to contact Urban Auto Spa, including leaving two voicemails for the manager on April 5th and April 8th, I have yet to receive any response. It is now April 17th, 2024, and I am still awaiting resolution to this matter. As a paying customer, I feel let down and frustrated that I am now left to rectify this issue on my own.

Ordered the $40 platinum service which includes a multitude of things including vacuuming the seats and cleaning the dash and console. My center console and cup holders were complete neglected and the seats are ok at best. I do not expect a full detail but an attempt would have been nice. The exterior has streaks all over it as well as spots as if it wasn't even cleaned in the first part. I was warned about their lack of interior cleaning and should have listened.

The Urban Auto Spa is an about average car wash. Although I can't say they did a bad job, for $30 the 2-minite car wash I received seemed a tad bit over priced. It does seem very popular and is always busy. 4/2022 Edit - Seems like the service has gone down hill. Check out the back seats after the "platinum" wash. I even had the car seats removed for the wash to make it easier, but nothing was even wiped down in the back.

I paid for the Diamond service and got a Cubic Zirconia. Dead bugs still stuck on my windshield, streaks on the inside. Rear window still dirty on the inside, can hardly see through it at night. It’s a pickup truck and the rear seats were in the upright position. They vacuumed around them and never put them down to vacuum the cushions, so they still have dog hair on them. I was in a hurry so I couldn’t turn around and take it back, but I should not have to. I feel totally ripped off.
