I called in before going to the car wash that I will arrive exact at 6pm and asked if they will be able to wash my car if I get their at 6pm and the girl on the phone said yes. But when I got there the guy shut the garage door on me. I called the car wash to tell the girl I am outside and she responded with sorry the guys already left which was not true! Very unprofessional!

My first time here, no wonder they are so quick. Big line for nothing they go so quick and don’t get the job done well. I do not recommend sorry. Go at your own risk and lose money. Left the car the same way I went. But I did go back and complain about it.

This place is no good paying top dollar for premium wash just for my car to look the same. My brake pedal dirty gas petal dirty seats dirty carpet dirty the only good part was the outside of my car but the inside is terrible I don’t recommend this place at all

I had a great experience trying urban auto spa for the first time and I’ll definitely be back. I did an exterior car wash and also did the mini detailing services they offer: the wipe down and vacuuming. It was beyond what I expected. They cleaned every inch of the car. They really went above and beyond. Thanks for the great service.

If i can only give 0 stars….pictures speak a 1000 words. Don’t bother have them clean inside, half fast job. Paid $23 came home and vacuumed my car again and had to clean all panels and dashboard. They only care for tips but not about customer satisfaction. Looks like management doesn’t care about poor reviews, all of them 100% true.
