USA Detail and Car Wash Center Los Angeles

I took my GTS to this hand wash for a wash and was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. Owner did a great job and made sure to note any concerns and paid attention to every detail, from the wheels to the windows, and even took the time to dry my car off by hand to ensure there were no water spots Great customer service. Quick communication. Overall, I would highly recommend USA DETAIL to anyone looking for a great car wash experience in LA

Magd and the team there did a wonderful job. I gave them a dirty car and they gave me a clean one back! Pricing was reasonable and the work was done on time and very well. Thanks, gentlemen.

With these crazy storms my car was left street parked as I have done for the last 5 years on griffith park blvd and the rains flooded my street and gutter water came through thru the bottom. Totally unexpected and I had never known anyone that had this happen to. I called around and decided to call these guys up. I was hesitant but I am so glad I came by for a quote since time was of the essence I needed to take care of this quick. Raffi and his team did a wonderful job and I cannot think of a better outcome. It was done in a day! Guys really thank you! Great job! Would come back again to get my car detailed here.

Awful experience. Two workers were super rude. What happened: fWe called to check the price and they simply said come by and see. Okay, maybe place is busy. so we arrived, paid for a wash/detail, gave our keys to the owner who told us to come back in 30 min. When we came back after 35 min and our car wasn’t even touched, but cars who arrived after were being washed. So we asked workers what’s going on, and they said go to the owner. Well, after looking for him for 5 min, it turns out he wasn’t even there. We asked for a refund, because at this point, it had already been 45 min, our car was still dirty and we need go back to work. One of workers started screaming at me and my husband as if it’s our fall and they have a lot of car to do, but I mentioned that cars arrived later than us already being washed. Nice and polite cashier and mobile station manager helped us with a refund and called the owner, while worker who should have washed our car was still screaming at us! Don’t recommend this place.

As someone who has been here twice, I definitely have to give recognition to the staff here. I can weigh out the pros and cons but honestly, we all know to what is expected from a carwash place. The wait, time period and staff matters when choosing one that is convenient. If you are in a rush and need a quick wash, do not expect to be in and out in 20 minutes. Its first come first serve (as most places are) and they have plenty of detailing to choose from. If you want that fast, cheap work done.. this is not the place for you. You will not be disappointed after waiting for your car because it will look exactly how it looked when you first got it.
