Not worth $200! Treated myself for my birthday to complete auto detail. Six months earlier they did a great job. Last time it took 4 hours, but this time finished in 1.5 hours. When I opened my door , my car seat still had stains. The cleaner didn't remove all the dirt and stains inside and outside the car. I spent the next hour pointing out areas that needed to be cleaned. The manager told the cleaner to "make the customer happy," but the cleaner had a bad attitude. The manager added in tire dressing for "free," but last time my tires received it as part of the $200 fee. Overall poor customer service by the cleaner and poor effort and poor quality cleaning for $200. Knowing the cleaner probably doesn't make that much, I gave a small tip, but he eeturned my tip. I definitely will not return. It's a pity because they did an excellent auto detail 6 months earlier.

I was excited to try this place and was originally satisfied with the customer service and car wash I received while there. I got the #2. It wasn't until hours later when getting gas, that I noticed these new scratches. I am highly disappointed and won't be back. Response to owner: Your overall rating as it stands is all the proof I need of your standards for service as the owner. In the future, it is better to pretend to care and applogize for the negative experience. Let's be honest, mistakes happen, and my car was brand new at the time. You could have even offered a free car wash/refund. I would not have bothered with either, but the gesture would have served you better than commenting on something you weren't present for that happened almost two years ago.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years and have always been treated like a valued customer. The staff is friendly, and the wash technicians have never failed to make my truck look the best it can. The technicians are always efficient and work quickly. I can't say enough food things about Valencia Auto Spa.

So my job is to tell everyone here how to do an interior cleanup? The man in the hat thinks it is my job so now I want to get paid. If he clearly thinks it is my job to tell his people how to do an interior detail that I paid and gave a tip for, then let me know when to start my job because he doesn't want to do his at all. So whoever decided to give customer service took 2 years to respond. Welcome to conversation pal did you finally decide to care? Everyone else does when they pay for services we all know how to do. We just felt like paying for it. That is, of course, you don't value customers. And so far, anyone who disagrees with you is a fake review. Very sad, but then again a review is meant to remind other customers to not feel like poor treatment would be ok to keep doing because you think that's how a business should work. So keep being toxic to others I will simply keep reviewing your attitude towards everyone. So far, you're just an entitled owner who keeps sweeping this under the rug. So now that the owner is learning to Speak his native language of A$$H⁰*€ I will have to remind that reviews are going to continue to happen until you stop speaking your native language and remind that this is never wanted for customers to have in this car wash. Speak Grown Up.

Today was my first time here and i was one of the first customers. I got the basic full service wash and I’m very impressed. The person drying my car took his time and was very precise, making sure he got every inch of the exterior and interior of my car. I guess it’s a better experience to come first thing in the morning, before the rush and the heat starts coming through. I’ll be back. Thank you Auto Spa!
