Valencia Car Wash & Oil Change

I used to come here all the time until I had to move. I did start to notice the quality going downhill a bit before I left the valley but this tops it. Upon approaching the vehicle noticed bird poop everywhere still and on top of that the inside was barely wiped down and bug residue still scattered all over the front bumper. I will not be returning for the sake of extremely horrible quality washing and not to mention the ridiculously raised prices for what you get now. Too bad they’re in the same boat as everyone else now trying to take your money and not give you even a “decent” amount of quality work. Do not go here! Trust me.

I took my car here for their Interior super clean. I spent $80 to have my car badly washed and my cup holder damaged severely. I was aware of the small stain in my cup holder from a drink that I had spilled. It appears that they decided to clean this stain with a knife or some sharp object. I informed the manager of this as soon as I got my car back. I was refused compensation of any kind and they denied that they damaged my vehicle. I went back inside to request a refund and once again was met with denial. Do not take your car here. The carwash was subpar and the service is absolute garbage.

They asked if I wanted to pay more and upgrade to the full service wash. I said yes. After I left and got home, I noticed the car was still dirty. Even though I asked ahead of time if they can wipe it real good because it was dirty. They didn't do a good job. I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid a premium price for a terrible job. A bunch of dirt still all over the car. Mostly the roof, trunk, and hood/grill. There are plenty of better places in scv with better service and better prices.

👩🏻‍🦳The first time there, and I had a regular car wash. a good experience with the car wash💦 nice sitting area outside for the cooler days & inside for the summer months. While i was sitting there, i noticed that they also had other businesses in the center for your automobile services, almost like a one-stop place to get your car services all in one spot👍

I used Groupon to come here and boy was it worth it... The staff here is great I got an oil change car wash and food all in one place Angie was amazing she is very welcoming and all about the customer thank you for all your services here at Valencia car wash we will definitely be back
