I cleaned my car here to have my shield clean mainly but the guy at the last step asked me to bring my car front to dry it with a napkin which put some new traces from used napkin. Overall it's very small compared to other car wash I've been to but still cleans well. Basic clean is $11.

This place used to be good. I'm not sure if it's under new ownership, or if they just have new people running it. There are three different washes to choose from, and I chose the one that was in the middle. Middle. The cheapest, but not the most expensive. Usually when I'd go through the car wash they would rinse the car first. Then I would slowly go through. Today they just pushed me through and I was out in about 30 seconds. It didn't appear that I got the wash that I paid for. I barely saw any soap on my car. Then when it was time to dry, the guy that would normally towel it off barely did anything. When I pulled up to vacuum my car I noticed that it was still dirty and wet. If I didn't have somewhere to be, I would have confronted them about this. It was very disappointing. I will not be back.

This place is a scam. We came here just to use the vacuums. Then we found out that you need to buy a car wash to use the vacuums so we did. Then they told us that we still couldn’t use the vacuums but the person inside could help us with that. Then the guy inside literally told us that he could not help us and we would just have to pay an extra 15 dollars and get another car wash if we want to use the vacuums. DO NOT GO HERE. It is a scam. Horrible customer service. The sign literally said you need to buy a car wash and we did 🙄 5 thumbs down from me. They wouldn’t refund or even let us pay the difference. Again we didn’t even want a fricken car wash.

If your car is already clean I highly recommend this car wash! After telling the towel guy my car is still very visibly dirty his response was “this isn’t the best car wash, that’s why I wash my own car”. Thanks bud! **Did the $11, maybe the expensive one is worth it? I’ll never know cause I’m never coming back!

Quick. Good quality. A little more expensive Costco (what's not, right?) They actually have two guys working the wash. One that preps the car, one that "dries it off" after. Certainly not a "Detail" but for the money a good wash. Glad we have a quick, quality, value option in San Clemente.
