Valet Auto Wash & Express Lube Hamilton

I’ve been a loyal customer of Valet Auto in Hamilton for years, with multiple car wash memberships for my vehicles, including an F150 and an Acura RDX. Unfortunately, my recent experience this past Saturday has left me extremely frustrated. We’ve been paying for the car wash service and came in to get a new sticker for our vehicle. Despite showing them our credit card information and confirming that monthly charges are being processed, we were told we couldn’t receive a new sticker due to an “old system” when we signed up, even though the charges are still being pulled under the new system. We provided all the necessary information, including the details of our payments, and were advised to call a number. We did, then emailed, and even visited the lobby, but each time we were told it was closed. To make matters worse, when we tried to speak to someone in person, the attendant recorded us, insisted we move so they could talk to us, and then didn’t come over. I attempted to speak to someone again, but the attendant became rude, locked my gate despite the car having an active wash pass, and threatened to cancel my membership. We’ve been trying to resolve this for over two weeks and asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor, but our requests were ignored. We’re not seeking a free wash; we’re simply paying for two memberships, at $40 per car, and can’t even access the service. I even offered to cancel and re-sign up if there was a system issue. We were treated with disrespect instead of receiving help to resolve a simple issue. The lack of customer service and professionalism was shocking. After this incident, I feel that if this is how paying customers are treated, it’s time to take our business elsewhere. I’ve had a membership here since 2016/2017 and have always spoken highly of this place. But after this experience, it’s clear the customer service needs improvement, especially when employees are escalating situations rather than helping customers. If the issue isn’t resolved soon, I will dispute the monthly charges, as we’re paying for a service we cannot use.

I’ve Been paying for a car wash since 2023. Replaced my car window and need a new sticker. Came in two weekends as that’s when I am available to try and replace the sticker. No one has been able to help. Wife suggested speaking to one of the workers she knew who had been there for a while, but turns out not only was he not helpful but he was rude. She assumed a familiar face would be able to help. I Didn’t care for the way he yelled at my wife and acted towards her as she was trying to kindly ask for a new sticker. Will not tolerate any person yelling at my wife so where before we were trying to get a new sticker and continue the services, now you can just cancel the membership. The attendant refused to share his name or get us in contact with anyone who could help. So again just cancel the membership. Thank you.

Do not get your oil changed here. They ripped out the clips from the cover and I lost the whole piece due to it not being placed back securely. $100 bucks for an oil change and that’s how you service a car? Yes you do get a free car wash but their brushes are not serviced regularly as my whole car was smeared. If you need a car wash go to Hamilton Car Wash or Rt. 33

Great car wash. The hours posted here are for the lube area. according to the website the carwash is open 8am to 5pm mon-sat, closed sun.
