Valet Auto Wash Oxford Valley

2024 Pearl White car purchased brand new about 16 months ago as of this review. Have used this car wash since purchasing the vehicle new. The vehicle has some yellowing of the paint, only where the wheel shine touches the side skirts of the vehicle (its a very low center of gravity vehicle). I am sure a detail or a clay bar would remove this. I have 2 other vehicles that I own and have memberships here as well. I like that I can go to various locations and still be able to use their washes as well. Nothing beats hand washing, however this is a decent automatic wash. Minus 2 stars because it's eats my valve stem caps and has scratched/chipped my driver side rear wheel. This is with a wheel and tire set up that is large in diameter. a very wide rim, and very low profile tires from the factory. No issues with my pickup truck or my minivan.

I got the $16 wash. I have a 2024 Honda CRV Touring. The wash cleaned the body but does a horrible job on all the windows especially the rear window, it misses entirely the top of the window & the license plate gets missed. I always have to wash windows when I get home. Not impressed by their huge facility at all.

I washed my car there at about 3:45 this afternoon. The wash itself was fine but due to the recent snow, most people were drying off their cars in the interior of the building. It was so packed that I went outside to try and do the same with my car. When I got outside, there were no clean towels at any of the bays. I went to 7 different stations and all the clean towels were gone. So bad on them for not doing a better job of monitoring their clean towel status on the outside stations of their facility,

This is one of the nicest car washes around. It is big and even when there is a line of cars, it is still moves at a decent pace. It has tons of vacuum stations and you can always find a spot. The nozzles are excellent size and can easily go into tight spaces where most others don’t fit. Also the suction is great at all stations no matter how far or close you are to the beginning of the line. Couple of bad observations are - quite frequently the rollers that wipe your car dry at the end after air driers are not properly working. You often get one or multiple of those rollers don’t work and you end up having to dry wipe your car. Also many times I would come to a vacuum station and none of them would have clean wiping rags. The kids that work there, just don’t bother to check and restock.

My partner and I visited this Valet Auto Wash for the first time today. IT IS THE BIGGEST auto wash we've ever been too! Lots of car wash lines, so you never have to wait. MORE THAN ENOUGH vacuum spaces, so you're never left out. Clean and organized. Very spacious! Also, Due to it being the month of Christmas, I noticed they created, what looks like a Christmas tree out of the "mops" that was the cars! Very festive& fun. Our children loved the atmosphere too!
