The solution they gave me is that the security cameras do not see the damage that their machine did to my car, they scraped it and left the paint badly damaged. They recommended that I file a complaint at the police station in my town and that the insurance companies would take care of it, but I have to prove that the damage was done at their location, and the cost of my insurance would increase if I do what they recommend and that doesn't help me at all. Yeah , they wash their hands! 😡 I'm looking at the reviews of this company and most cars have the same problem! Scratches and damage to the body of the car. Unfortunately, if you try to get your wheels/tires clean, these left really bad scratches on three of my wheels. I would not go back to this place after such a poor quality of equipment leaving these marks. These scratches are very visible from afar.

The company need to adjust the brush and washing pads accordingly to the cars. Also need to check for car with any engine oil leaking issue. Not sure the car in front of me had issues with oils and muds and they allowed my car so closely to the other car. After I came out from wash, it had muds and engine oil fluids all over my car. After complaining, the guy allowed me to wash second time but still didn’t noticed same the oils and mud all over my car. They said I need to pay extra and full pack if I want to go third time and clean the mess from previous car. It was not my fault and other car might had some mechanical issues. The above pics tries still has lots of oils and I went to other Manual car wash to clean this again.

This place seems to have a common theme of damaging people's cars. For context, I --at the time of this review -- have been paying for a membership here for about two years. I have had a few instances where this carwash left permanent scuffs and scratches on my paint and attachments. I know that it would be their word against mine if I tell them, so I left the issue alone. 2) Another time that really pissed me off was when I paid for the (whatever the extra shine tunnel is,) but the rep who is always there, didn't spray my car with the solution. I complained and he made some excuse saying that he usually sees me putting stuff on my car to shine it. 3) The entry-guidance from certain personnel seems sub-par. One time, one of them instructed me - with hand gestures -to drive up straight. Despite that, my wheel ended up hitting the wheel-rail quite hard; that also ticked me off. I need to find another wash in the general area so that I can cancel my membership. I think it's time to leave, and reading other people's reviews confirmed what I need to do.

BEWARE! DO NOT ENTER CAR WASH UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE DAMAGED AND HIT FROM BEHIND! My BMW vehicle was hit from behind while my vehicle was under the control of the car wash conveyor belt. Upon entering the car wash, I followed the instructions posted at the entrance. John Fernandez (employee) guided my car on to the track with his hand commands, I placed my car on neutral and entered the car wash. While my car was on the track and under the control of the conveyor belt, my car came off the track and the Tesla behind me that was allowed to enter directly behind me without proper safe distance hit my car from behind. My car suffered damages to the back bumper and rims on driver side. I called the police to file a report. Police reviewed the footage and confirmed that both vehicles were under the control of the car wash conveyor belt and that the car behind me was very close at the time of the incident. During the incident, my car came off the track not once but twice. The owner of the car that hit my car from behind noted to the police that the week prior to this incident, cars were coming off the track. While the police was wrapping up the details for the police report, another truck came off the track and the employee (John) walked over to help get the truck back on the track. This business is refusing to take responsibility for the damages caused to my vehicle. Damages sustained are due to their faulty equipment and inadequate training of their staff. Staff should not be allowing cars to enter back to back with no safe distance between cars. There needs to be sufficient distance between cars in the event of an emergency. This was not the case the day this incident occurred. This business is 100% at fault here and they need to do the right thing and make it right. Please be professional and address the damages to my vehicle, your malfunctioning conveyor belt as well as inadequate staff training. Stop trying to wash your hands by trying to blame me (the customer) and saying that I did not follow protocol. This completely unprofessional and horrible business practice.
