BEWARE!!! They damaged my car and took no responsibility to fix this. In case they reply to this review denying this, I have them acknowledging it’s their fault through text. Could easily sue them in small claims court but simply don’t have the time.

Terrible service. Left my car full of soap and didn't want to rinse nor give refund, just "store credit". I had to go to another car wash to get the soap of this one cleaned off. Terrible customer service. Don't come to this car wash

The wash closes way earlier than it says here on google. The vacuums hardly work and wash barely gets your car clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! There’s a newer nicer car wash a couple of blocks away on lankershim that is great.

I am very disappointed. I like going to this car wash until today when I went to get my car washed. Came back home and have many scratches and some paint peeled off in weird places. My car is new. For a $5 express wash, it gave more than $5 damages to my car. Just some photos but I have a lot more scratches on both sides black plastic of my car and they are very noticeable, they look white all over.
