Well, I had to edit my visit here to this car wash. I know many people read my post, which I'm glad, because this is NOT the place to go. I had an experience that should have been taken care of quickly, but unfortunately, someone who works there is making it difficult. I went on Sept 2nd, early morning, I was the only one there at first. I went and put my $10 to get my quarters, and the machine didn't give me $10 worth of quarters, I did nothing but take my cash. I was right in front of 2 or 3 cameras above me. I stood there and told the camera that the machine had taken my money. I asked if someone could come and help, not knowing if someone was watching. I didn't see a phone number, so I walked around to see if it was written down somewhere else. There was no number, just an email. Now, I have spent 2 days going back and forth with someone who wants so much info about me just so I can get my $10 back that the company stole from me. Before I left the car wash, another customer came by and told me that this car wash has done this before. They have machines that don't work right. It will take your money but not give you your quarters. It was only $10. I don't know why they can't look at the video camera and see I was not lying. I never got my car washed since it took my last $10. So, whoever reads this, don't go to this car wash. Stay away. There are better car wash places with better integrity and honest machines. I even hate that I had to give it 1 star. Worst service ever.

I had such high hopes for this car wash, I have several vehicles including a couple new ones with perfect paint. I only wash them myself and the place I had been using was small, crowded, and doesn't take credit cards. So after searching and I find this place, they take credit cards and there is plenty of room to navigate through the place in a larger vehicle, I am excited to think I finally have a good car wash I can use. I thought wrong. I didn't notice the first issue until after I had swiped my card. Their wands are bare metal with a sharp edged spray tip. EVERY other self serve car wash has a spray wand that is rubber coated and has a rubber guard at the end to protect your vehicle from when you bump into it with the wand. Fortunately I was washing an older beat up vehicle so I went with it, but if you have a nice car and you accidentally bump it with the spray want it will chip your paint. Then I looked at the foam brush. The handle was a piece of sprinkler pipe cobbled together to a stiff nylon brush. This type of brush will DESTROY YOUR PAINT. Other car washes use hog hair brushes. Yes they're $30 more expensive, but really? The spray pressure was ok, but could have been better. So little soap I wasn't even sure if there was soap present. Then when I tried to use the foam brush to scrub some stuff off the windshield, barely any foam came out and the PVC sprinkler pipe handle was bending so much I was afraid I was going to break it. I don't know whats wrong with the people who run this place, it would cost around $120 a bay and a couple hours to replace the foam brushes, spray wands, and tips with ones that won't damage customers vehicles. Completely irrational to have it like this. Looks like one of those situations where management is so cheap they destroy their business (and people's cars) just to save a couple bucks. So disappointed, this place has potential to be a great car wash. Maybe the owners can find someone new to operate it better.
