Village Plaza Car Wash

Definitely not worth the price paid. Car still dirty after $34 inside and out. Soap dried up everywhere mats still dirty. Pointless to get a car wash and have to go home and do it yourself. That will be my last time.

Not Recommended I would not recommend this car wash. The service provided is far below the standard you'd expect for the price they charge. The place is always crowded, and you can expect to wait around 30-40 minutes, which is just ridiculous. On top of that, they require members to place a sticker on the windshield. This feels more like a tactic for free advertising than a benefit for the customer. It’s your vehicle, and you should have the final say in what goes on it. Overall, this car wash is overpriced and not worth the hassle. Don’t go unless you’re prepared to spend at least $30 on a service that doesn’t live up to the cost. Look elsewhere for better service.

Village Plaza Car Wash - Not Recommended I recently visited Village Plaza Car Wash, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The wait time is usually 20-30 minutes for a simple car wash, which is way too long. Additionally, the prices are quite high compared to the subpar service provided. The quality of the car wash is trashy at best. What really got me, though, was their membership policy. They insist on putting a barcode sticker on your car, which uses an adhesive that can mess up your stuff. When I asked them not to put the sticker on my car, the owner rudely terminated my membership on the spot without a refund. They do not have a policy which tells I am required to put a sticker and give a free advertise of their car wash. I was paying $60 a month and considered myself a loyal customer, but not anymore. They just lost a customer for life. I do not recommend this place. BEWARE. Update: They had my license plate noted at the cashier counter so that as soon as the receptionist accessed my account, someone from the office could be called. A staff member then confronted me about a comment I had posted online. He rudely stated, “My business will go on with or without your review.” Afterward, they attempted to shorten my membership, claiming it would expire in five days. However, my payment statement proved them wrong, showing I still had 20 days remaining. Be cautious—they may cancel your membership at their discretion but won’t allow you to cancel on your own terms. It’s disappointing to have a business like this in our community. I hope they bring in new management that can run it more efficiently and with greater respect. The average rating of 3 speaks volumes about the quality of service and work they offer.

Paid for their "ultimate" cleaning package, hoping for a sparkling finish. Despite the crew being super friendly, the cleaning job was a total flop. Streaky windows, missed spots all over, and my wheels looked like they hadn't been touched. Plus, the line was crazy long, so forget about getting a redo.

I will keep this short and direct because I understand some do not enjoy reading long & drawn out (bad reviews.) Nonetheless, I received the premium service (number 2 on the board 7/20/2024.) There was dried bird feces left on my sunroof (after going through the wash.) My back seat was still left with debris on the floor, and my window tints were damaged. In light of all this, after speaking with the owner/manager Rich, who refused to take any accountability for the matter refused me a refund, resulting in the police being contacted so formal charges could be pressed for said damages. This business lacks luster, integrity, and overall class which is super disappointing. Moreover, attached are pictures so people do not think I am "embellishing" my story or trying to take down an already crippling business. Rich was not aggressive in his actions or demeanor, but his tone was very passive-aggressive (maybe because he thought I was younger than I appeared) he spoke to me in a very dismissive manner while being avoidant & walking away from me lacking professionalism. At the end of the day, the day has to end, and I certainly won't be back! I behoove those reading this to take it in stride and find better.
