3rd time getting an awful car wash at this place. I called and spoke to a manager who said “we’ll take a look at it” instead of just offering to fix the problem. He said to come by so they could see what was wrong like I don’t know a dirty car after a car wash. Bad customer service and attitude.

First problem was a couple years ago. I had brought my car in to get inspected and they told me that my car would not pass inspection unless I allowed them to change my wiper blades for an extra $50. I explained that I had just replaced the wipers few months before bringing the car in to get inspected and that there was nothing wrong with my blades. The mechanic insisted that my blades were worn and ineffective and must be replaced. I had to pay the extra money to pass the inspection. Today, I was given a price for an oil change of 49 +dollars for synthetic oil. When I gave my car to the mechanic, he asked me if I wanted regular or synthetic and I said synthetic thinking that I was going to pay no more than I was quoted. For my surprised, I end up paying $112.40 because the said I requested full synthetic oil change. The manager simply said " sorry for the miss understanding " and the lady at the front desk was rude and nasty making faces and sarcastically smiling. I highly recommend to be careful when you go to this place.

I recently visited the Warwick Carwash and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure to address all my concerns. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the quality of their service. My car came out spotless, both inside and out. The attention to detail was impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the Warwick Carwash to anyone looking for a thorough and efficient car wash. I'll definitely be returning!

First ridiculous instance was a couple years ago. I had brought my car in to get inspected only to have a young kid who was working the bay come inside the waiting room to let me know my car would not pass inspection unless I allowed them to change my wiper blades for an extra $50. I explained that I had just replaced the wipers myself less than two months before bringing the car in to get inspected and that there was nothing wrong with my blades. The young man insisted that my blades were worn and ineffective and must be replaced. I asked him to walk me to his bay and show me the wear on my blades that was causing such a concern. He reluctantly brought me to where my car was and told the mechanic, who was using the computer in the back corner of the bay with his back to us, that I was asking to see the issue myself. The mechanic did not want to turn around to face me as he just shrugged to the younger guy without taking his eyes off the screen. The young man then began to nervously and meticulously look for any signs of wear and tear that he could point out to validate his claims. After searching both blades for close to a minute he finally pointed out a single tiny fray in the rubber which was barely visible to the naked eye. That is when I got upset and asked him if he was joking. He then went up to the other older mechanic who was still pretending to be busy on the computer and said a few words to him very quietly before walking back to where I was standing to let me know all was actually fine and he would be passing my car. On my way out the young man walked up to me to apologize for the whole ordeal, stating he was told to come and get me and to say what he said to me, to which I told him it was fine but advised him to not let the other guys he works with to use him as a messenger for their shady and dishonest claims if he has not looked and verified the issues as well first. The second incident occurred just two days ago when I brought the same vehicle in for this years inspection. I pulled up where a gentleman with an ear piece and clipboard asked me what I was looking to have done. He directed me to the appropriate bay. I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes when the same gentleman came inside to call my vehicles information. We stepped outside to where he had my vehicle parked and he asked me “Have you noticed your wheel shaking while braking?” to which I replied “No.” He then claimed he believes there might be a front end issue of some sort. I assured him that my car had been with my mechanic for an entire week a few months before, having a ball joint replaced and checking the front end for any sort of issue that could possibly exist. He again claimed that he felt there was an issue and that he did not feel comfortable passing my car unless his mechanic looked at it stating that if something happens in the future after inspection, it’s “their ass”. He asked me to head over to the mechanics bay to ask them to have a look. He told me he didn’t even bother to put my car on a lift to look himself due to his concern. How can you claim that you’re not comfortable passing my car for inspection due to an issue you believe it has while simultaneously refusing to put the car on a lift to check for said issue? I drove around the building to the mechanics bay and explained what had happened, hoping they could take a quick peek and clear my car for a passed inspection. I was then told that they were “extremely backed up” and nobody could look at my car that day as another man had been sitting outside waiting for over two hours already. I was asked to call back a different time to check availability. I drove to the next town over and stopped into a smaller shop where I was told there was no availability until later that night. I came back for my appointment at the small shop and explained what happened at the Car Wash. I was told they would put my car on a lift to check everything over. The mechanic told me everything was fine and there was no “shaking”. I drove off with my new inspection sticker.
