Honestly I've turned a blind eye to some of the things that bother me about this place. Lack of attendance, confusing system, things being broken. But being told to vacate the stall the first time I've ever seen an attendant there was a slap in the face. I tried your automatic car wash service once and my car got stuck in the machine. There was no attendant to help me. No phone number to call for help. I was stuck for over ten minutes in an endless cycle. It's absurd that I had to be in that position with no help. And yet the first time I encounter an "employee" it's with no interest to help me and it's just to rush my cleaning

This place used to be a premium wash. You now have to get tokens to wash your vehicle, which is fine but now each token is less time. The soap is super diluted and I feel like my vehicle didn’t get clean at all. With only tokens be accepted, I put my token in for the vacuum and that doesn’t work. Overall it’s a bad place save yourself some time and drive a couple blocks down to the lomita dollar wash.

It’s the worst car wash I’ve ever dealt with. nothing seems to work . you choose the $8. dollar one put a $10 bill no cash back. then your car is not washed. only with water, it’s missing so much, it definitely needs more attention very urgent. Please people don’t waste your time and money like I did and be upset for the rest of the day these people are just putting our money in their pockets.

I paid $15 for the 'double' wash and it was a complete ripoff. How is it double other how much it cost? You get about 15 seconds of rinse water that runs out when the countdown timer still reads 50 seconds left. Needed to spend another $5 in one of the bays to rinse off the car. The bays are probably better or average. The bad automatic wash is ok for quick wash but don't pay for any extras.

Used the drive in car wash. The directions are clear enough, however the lights as in the green lights red lights the stop and go do not work well. It stayed on red light while we were supposed to drive through for the rims and the whole time it had us stopped per the red light. Grimey dried on soap left on the car as we only had 10 left to dry and it didn't make a pass for the rinse cycle. Terrible.
