Wave Car Wash

My husband came here earlier in the week to get his oil changed. He was quickly blown away by the high level of customer service and attention to detail they provided. So much that we brought my car in later in the week. These guys are efficient and friendly! The bonus car wash was the cherry on top.

I’ve never used this wash before, but I was disappointed when I was going through the wash and saw the one of the spinning cleaners was not operating. It missed the whole passenger side of my truck. 6:30p 23-Feb-2025

Don't use this car wash - after going through car wash some slimy film, sludge or whatever was left on my vehicle. I don't know what was spilled on my car! No manager was onsite to assist. Several cars/people were affected. Employees could not reach owner and thus far I haven't heard from anyone. **As a follow-up, what actually spilled all over my car was hydraulic oil. The owner of this car wash did not reach out to me until about two weeks after the incident occurred on 1/25/24. His manager at that time was too young and inexperienced on how to handle problems. The manager wasn't giving me viable solutions to remedy getting the hydraulic oil off my car. I requested that they pay for me to take my car to someone I trusted to completely detail the exterior of my car - they denied my request. All of this, made my situation worse and it allowed the hydraulic oil to penetrate the paint on my car. Ultimately, I had to put a claim into my insurance company - costing thousands of dollars to repaint the majority of the car and repair/replace items that malfunctioned due to the hydraulic oil. IF THE OWNER HAD REACHED OUT TO ME IN A TIMELY FASHION, PERHAPS THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN MINIMAL I don't understand businesses that don't own their mistakes!! I should NOT have been forced to put a claim into my insurance company - it should have been a claim on this car wash's insurance company. Again, the owner wasn't being responsive when the incident first occurred. I did give my insurance company the owner's name and business contact information, so I hope they go after them and get reimbursed!! I will NEVER go through another automatic car wash - one of the worse experiences I've every had.

Thoroughly cleaned and dried. Personnel available for any issues, questions, etc. Wash followed an oil change which was well done as well. Very fast and friendly service. Higher cost than other shops but the speed and service is much appreciated.

This place is awesome. Super fast with oil change. Maybe 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. Felt welcome and like they really appreciated me. Will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on. Free deluxe car wash after was awesome too.
