WAVE Express Lube & Car Wash

Not worth it. Use to be a good deal but the price has more than doubled in the last year. Today the car in front of me came off the tracks and stopped, caused a huge mess with other cars still moving and crashing into each other. Although I had no visible damage, my car was not cleaned well or dried and when I asked for my money back, the new guy collecting the money gave me serious attitude and walked away. The guy that’s been there forever gave me a refund reluctantly. I won’t be returning, not worth it.

I had an exceptional experience at this WAVE car wash! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed as soon as I pulled in. The attention to detail that they put into cleaning my car was truly impressive. Every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned, leaving my car looking and feeling brand new. Not only did they take care of the exterior, but the interior received the same level of care and dedication. The BEST car wash and maintenance ever. The guy fixed my steering fluid on the spot, took him less than 10 minutes. Very easy, very kind, would recommend to anyone.

If I could rate the “Mechanic” side of this car wash 0 Stars, I would. I came here 1 week ago to get one of my tires checked out because it kept going flat, and then they found a nail in it - they fixed it up with no problem. Suddenly, not even one day later, another tire begins to go flat. I went back to this place after 2 days to get the other tire checked out - they said they did not see any nail or problem with the tire. However, it kept going flat so I returned a second time to get the other tire checked out - one of the men who appeared to be the manager kept scrolling on his phone and barely even payed attention to the other guy checking out my tire. Not to mention, they did not even take the tire off - they asked me to just turn the wheel back and forth. I just took my car to another place to get the tire checked out, and within 2 seconds they found a LONG nail and charged me cheaper. So, DO NOT come here - these people made themselves seem lazy and careless. Thanks.

Always my go to, they know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Very informative EVERY visit and will let you know what needs to be fixed before it becomes a major issue for your pockets ! Will also answer dumb questions with no attitude 😭. Jose was very helpful. Highly recommend.
