Had a subscription from 2017-2024 (before wiggy it was Papa’s Car wash) things have really gone downhill. The wash really scratches up your car, the tire shine doesn’t seem to work, the back of your vehicles don’t get dried off and the vacuums are hit or miss. Some work great, others don’t have much suction or the hose falls apart. They have microfiber cloths and spray to wipe down your interior, vacuums and a free floor mat washer. I think other washes in town do a better job cleaning your car.

In a town with 4+ car washes, this is the hidden gem. The wash itself does a great job. The additional services like towels, windshield washer fluid, cleaning spray, and mat shampooing are very helpful and appreciated. Vacuums are strong. High-pressure air is great. Best of all, the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are also very clean and well-maintained.

Terrible business. Ripped the mirror of my brand new car (less than 10k miles) and no one has been helpful. The staff saw it happen and didn’t do anything, just sat there talking like nothing happened. I had approach them to give me my mirror back. Filed a damage report with them over 2 months ago and no one has responded. Call 8 times and out on hold for over 4 hours and never got through. 2 visits to the office, which were no help. Sent them and email and nothing. If you’re looking for a business to destroy your car and not care this is the car wash for you!

[Edit]: They did reach out to me and agree to refund the most recent 2 payments, which I appreciate. I never got any email, and the text I got just had a link to confirm registration. The rep on-site entered everything for me. I didn't put in any of my details or see any subscription info. But, with that said, I also 1) Appreciate that they agreed to talk to their reps about how they introduce this program to make sure it's done very clear and right, and 2) I should have noticed sooner that I was getting these monthly charges. They got lost in a slew of other things for a while before I got around to some budgeting checks. Anyway, I'm changing my review to 2 stars, because they reached out and made additional attempts to make things right.[/Edit] Don't use this place!!! I was heavily scammed by this company and have only encountered nightmare after nightmare since. Several months ago I took a temporary vehicle in to get a car wash. The employee told me, "We're running a special where, if you get a carwash today, you can come back in anytime this month for another wash for free, are you interested in that?" - I knew the vehicle wouldn't be back in again, but... who knows? What if someone splashed mud all over it on the way home? I said, "Sure, why not?" So the guy took my email and name and sent me through the wash. I wasn't very impressed with the wash, and debated turning around and going right back through again right there to see if it could get the vehicle better the second time, but I was low on time. Anyway... months go by and I'm trying to figure out a struggling budget. Then I noticed that I was getting billed $40 every month for nothing! I had no idea the employee had scammed me into signing up for a subscription service. He said nothing about it. So I tried calling repeatedly and could not get a hold of them. One time it even sounded like the phone connected... then, after a bit of background shuffling, it just hung up. After that, my CC was canceled due to an unrelated fraud charge. I assumed I would not be billed by Wiggy Wash again but, lo-and-behold, the next month their bill popped up again! I tried calling, and used the option to have them call me back, but they didn't, of course. After multiple attempts, I suddenly connected to someone very quickly, (Where the calls before said they were experiencing a "higher than normal call volume" - which was very normal by my experience. The person on the phone told me they could switch the wash service to a different vehicle. I wanted to cancel and I wanted a refund. They eventually agreed to cancel, but said they could only refund the most recent charge, (the other 200 dollars lost was just SOL) and said I'd have to call my bank and have them confirm that a refund to the old card would still make it to my new card. I said I didn't want to hang up as it had been very difficult to get someone on the phone. He said it needed to be done before they could proceed. I wanted to talk to a manager, but he said there was no one else I could talk to. So I hung up, called my bank, and they confirmed a refund would make it to my new card, and I tried calling back... no luck. I kept trying for an hour until the place closed, and no one would answer the phone. I selected the option to have them call me back but, as is always the case, no one ever calls! If they get the chance, they will happily scam you out of your money and only feel glad that someone else got suckered into their schemes. I hope that my bad experience isn't what you, or anyone else will go through, but if you are concerned about what they've done to me, and to others like me, don't support them. Find a different company for your wash. I still can't figure out how to get a hold of a manager, but if one reads this comment and cares, please reach out to me and make things right and I'll modify my comment.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ..If I could give them a -5 starts I would. Wiggy wash broke my mirror and I filed a claim with them 2 months ago, they accepted total responsibility of the damage to my car and when I sourced 2 quotes from local repair shops and forwarded it to them, they won’t answer now! I have sent numerous emails, no response, I called their locations, their phone doesn’t work. I’ve had to spend my days off, traveling back to Wiggy Wash to go inside of the store to ask for answers and their manager and the system manager have no idea how to deal with a damage claim! After a month and a half I was putting in contact with David Floyd, the directory of wiggy wash, and it’s been another two weeks that I do not get a final response or approval to have my car fixed! David Floyd has been giving me the runaround and avoiding financial responsibility to pay for the damages to my car. They tell me “expect an email this week” and I continue to not receive any emails. They have been giving me the runaround for 2 months!!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!!
