Wiggy Wash

I used this Wiggy Wash about a month earlier. They had two people doing the prewash on my wheels and places on the front and rear the automated brushed don't get well. I was happy with the wash. So, I returned and bought a $30 wash. There was no pre-wash and the girl just waved me through. One of the brushes wasn't working as we went through, and the total wash was terrible. I am not paying $30 for a car wash and then have to get out and scrub all the places missed. I have found with Wiggy Wash, in several locations that I have gone to, that they are not consistent on their processes of the wash operations or in how employees conduct themselves. Sometimes they work well, and other times they do not. I used to get consistently high quality washes in Illinois for half the price of Car Washes in Utah. When I pay $30 for a wash, I should get free washes for the rest of the month, and not have to accept some baloney membership, especially when the car wash was crappy. I have been to Quick Quack, they aren't any better. If someone knows of a good and consistent car wash service in Utah Valley, please let me know.

It would sure be nice to be able to call in and talk to someone. It would be nice to be able to take a car off the plan without jumping through a bunch of hoops. It would be nice if their manage my plan area on their website worked. They do not focus on customer support. Only take you money and do a mediocre job at washing you car.

Worst customer service ever. I was charged for 3 months double memberships on one vehicle. When I called their customer service line they kept on coming up with stories and basically calling me a lier. Refused to transfer me to a manager. Had to call back to get a manager and she wouldn’t even listen to how they messed up my accounts.

Average, I wish was better than gas station wash with the ultimate price tag I pay monthly but it appears most Wiggy wash are similar

This review is reflecting my opinion of this specific location. Wiggy Wash itself has always been a relatively good bargain I have thought. So much so that I have had active weeki Wash subscriptions at the highest tier on multiple different vehicles for over 10 years. I'm giving this location two stars because after all of this time having these subscriptions I am moving to somewhere that doesn't have wiggy Wash locations. Due to this I have to cancel my subscription. I wanted to grab one last wash before I headed out but my subscription had ended that day. I asked if there was any way if I could just get one wash after explaining this. And without even a second thought I was told no. No looking into it no asking anyone else no sympathy at all. Just kind of stings when you're so loyal to a business for so long and are just treated like nothing the day that your subscription ends.
