Wiggy Wash

They were nice but don’t pay extra for the tire shine. I asked if this is what it was supposed to look like with shined tires and the girl was unsure but she said “I think so”. Definitely don’t pay for the tire shine. It does NOT shine your tires.

Wiggy wash is certainly adequate compared to any other car wash. However, note when you go to many of the locations, for example the Orem location. You will find 90% of the time that the vacuums are woefully inadequate and the air compressor does not blow enough air for the air nozzle. And if you have a concern for heaven sake‘s do not call customer service because they have no ability to have a conversation with you about a location that you are sharing your concern with. Sorry, a long ramble.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but I had to. This company is very shady, they told me the membership was canceled in December and preceded to charge me in January / February. After finally getting through to a service rep they said they were only able to refund the previous month despite that I had written confirmation from December my account was canceled. Don’t do a membership, you’ll lose money getting it canceled.

Terrible experience! My car was undamaged and with no after market parts. I took it to this car wash and towards the end I heard wat sounded like someone hitting the car repeatedly. I got out and noticed my bumper was hanging off on one side. I then filed a report with a very rude and rushed manager. I waited 7 days longer than she told me to only get an email that said they could do nothing about it. I tried to email them back for more information and my email was immediately blocked. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. After filling out their form to cancel my membership, they emailed saying they needed more information. I filled out the form again the next month and got an email saying my account was cancelled. Then was charged again and now they are telling me I had two accounts and it was my responsibility to know they created a second account and that they cancelled the other one (that wasn't being charged on, I'd guess because I only have one charge going through). I only had the information from my barcode on my car and my license plate number. No customer service, they don't care about their customers. Other car washes are cheaper, better quality, and actually care about their customers.
