WildWater Express Carwash

This car wash was okay the only thing was they don’t offer towels and their vacuums weren’t long enough. Also it didn’t really get my car clean like it should. I usually go to superstar car wash because they are cheaper offer towels air freshener and offer air for your tires and vacuums are great . I suggested these things to management.

I always have a great experience here! Quick and easy wash and plenty of vacuums to use that work great. Employees are always so friendly and Helpful. Their monthly membership makes it easy and convenient to come as often as you’d like. 10/10 recommend

Horrible Service and No Accountability! I recently took my car to Wild Water Carwash. Not only did their equipment damage my vehicle, but the manager, Eric, has been avoiding taking responsibility. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with him to resolve the issue, and every time, he alludes to calling me back but never does. It's clear Eric knows the damage was their fault, but he refuses to make it right. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you value your car and expect decent customer service, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of car washes in the area that actually care about their customers and won't leave you with costly repairs and unanswered calls. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Wild Water Carwash is the definition of negligence and poor service. You have my number, Eric. Give a call back. Edit: To reply to your response: Yes. We did speak one time. You said you would show me the footage you had of my entering the wash. He texted me ONE still image. My car was intact prior to entering your wash. My car did have damage in the front due to previous incident. I've already discussed this with you. You're trying to twist the narrative to fit your liking. If you'd like to discuss this further, why not give me a call back and show me the rest of the footage? This is exactly my point. Bad business. Lousy liars. San Pedro deserves better for their community. This isn't about the money. This is about common decency and good business.

I love this car wash place! It's easy, fast and what's best is getting the membership. Saves money and time. I just wash and go. Keeps my bmw looking right. The girl at checkout is always so sweet. I'm telling all my friends to get a membership

I’ve been going here to the Wild Water Car wash for four years. I go to the one in San Pedro most of the time because I live in San Pedro. I’ve gone to all their 4 locations in Buena Park, Huntington Beach & Costa Mesa. Their service is excellent and immaculate.
