Zap Lube & Hand Car Wash of Newark (South Broad)

Best car wash in the downtown Newark area. Hands down. I’ve been coming here for years. Every time I go someplace else, I regret it. The prices are decent; so is the layout, waiting area & most importantly the service. No car wash will ever clean your car perfectly. For that, pay a $200 detailer to come to your home.

I usually come here and everything goes smooth. I came here on sunday 11/3/24. I ask for a ritz car wash which was $30.95 they gave me a VIP for $56.95. Moral of the story check your receipt before you pay

I just got a Car wash here and arrived at my destination. Now that I was looking for my quarters to pay for parking, I noticed that the cleaning staff had robbed me of my 20 dollars in quarters. I couldn't believe they didn't take a little bit or half to hide it at least; they took all of it on top of that, they didn't wash my carpets or vacuum the carpets, and under the carpets, this is the worst car wash experience I ever had in my life I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy this is unbelievable.

I brought my Range Rover for oil change and they claimed the oil was changed but the ‘differencial oil’ had to be changed and it’s going to be $165 mind you this the second time they doing this , once brought my Honda accord and I paid but this time I realized they was trynna rob me and this the method they use , I told them no and apparently didn’t clean the oil tank ; they just cleaned it and they put ‘so not enough’ oil in it . Few hours later my engine started making knocking sounds . Huge debt on my head now . I highly do not recommend
