Love this place. The young kid and girl always give my car a good rinse prior to it going in for a full wash. I also have a monthly subscription for my daily car which makes it easy for me to come in for a weekly wash. Highly recommend. They also give you a microfiber towel, air freshener and wet towel.

Zaroo Carwash is exceptional. This is a business that puts a tremendous amount of effort towards customer service and attention to detail. They greeted me on arrival at the ticket machine and took time to personally hose down and scrub my car before it entered the car wash. I couldn’t be happier with how clean and new my vehicle came out. My car looks Brand New! 5/5 ⭐️

This auto car wash was open for a few weeks a couple blocks from my house and I decided to use it on my suburban right after the rains in mid January 2023. I’ve been to a couple of other auto car wash within a couple of miles of this one and this one given it’s new is the worst one. When I was getting washed the attendant sprayed my car off of debris, which was more than others do but it didn’t seem like the actual automated car wash was working well because there were some guys working in testing it before I went in to get it washed. I bought the $15 single priced car wash which is the highest amount you pay at this car wash figuring that my car was pretty dirty from the rain. The drive-through is pretty short in my opinion as compared to the others in the area, but all the equipment is brand new. It was a little tough navigating into the car wash given I drive a suburban, which is a pretty big car. Most cars won’t have a problem after the washer parts into the starter vacuum. The vacuums are great both on each side but my car was dirty, and I was very disappointed at how dirty was left after the wash, I have a white car so it’s not like it’s a black or a different color where you hide the dirt you can see the dirt pretty clearly and I attach photos with it. I have to pretty much wipe down the entire car with the free microfiber cloth in order to get it clean, which took me about an additional 15 minutes when the car should’ve been cleaned and I would just have to dry it. I personally won’t be using this car wash since it tenant get it clean even though I paid the highest price and there’s others nearby within a couple miles that do a better job for an automated car wash. I was gonna let the owners know that I would like a refund or discount since it did not clean, but there was no phone number or website on the receipt, nor is there one on this Google business page.

I honestly was glad to see that this car wash was opening since Googie wash was pricey. I love that they spray down any stuck debris before going into the tunnel and they are really good at giving you the rag/wipe/air freshener. I've been to a handful of car washes where they charge you for these items in the listed price but they don't give you the items. I hate having to go in and ask for them especially since I have young children with me most of the time. So it's really convenient that the staff at Zaroo always give me those items each time. I also appreciate the sink and that they have numerous stalls for vacuuming. It sucks that their bathroom was crashed into but I'm glad they were able to make the renovations. I will continue to come here since it's inexpensive and they have yet to disappoint me. Thank you Zaroo!

Wonderful experience! Firstly, my car hadn’t been washed in about a month, so it was beyond dirty. When I pulled up, Tim, the manager, and his helper, both began rising my car. Tim called it “The Korean Treatment” which i thought was very kind of him, seeing as he and his helper went the extra mile to make sure most of the dirt was off my car before it went into the car wash. They spent at least 5mins-6mins spraying my car with water and some soap. And I mean detailed and intentional spraying to make sure the hard surface dirt was gone, tires and undercarriage included, all this for no extra charge. Tim saw it needed TLC and he jumped in to help. And I appreciate that type of hospitality. Tim told me I was immediately going to see the different and I truly did! I thought it was very kind of both of them to put more care and intention into my car, so that I could have a good experience. And that’s truly important to me, that hospitality and customer service are priority, because I don’t spend my money with businesses who don’t seem to value the investment that I’m making in them. Spent $8 for this. Vaccums were powerful and cleaned up all the dirt, plus they have the air spray tool to get the tiny crumbs from your seats or floors, loved how clean my interior was! So I will comeback to this car wash again. Cheers!
